I can't speak to the quality of the pizza, because it has been over an hour since I ordered and according to the tracker, my pizza hasn't even been put in the oven. Can you imagine if you went to a restaurant and they hadn't even begun cooking your food an hour after you ordered? Live and learn. There are a lot of other pizza delivery places that I will be exploring in the future.
Ordered wings. DISGUSTING! Undercooked so the skin was chewy and they just kinda Spread hot sauce on it. Had to use my own hot sauce to even flavor them and threw most of them away when I tried to eat them and I noticed they weren't cooked very well. Never again will I order from here
Took over an hour to deliver. According to tracker app, food left store 6:52 & arrived at our house at 7:57. I won't say it was cold, but it wasn't hot. They forgot part of the order too.
Making the order was fine and easy, but upon receiving the order one of the items was missing. If the driver forgot something why didn't the store call the driver so the driver could turn around and pick it up. Driver said she would go back and get the item that she forgot and never came back.
Ordered pizzas and after waiting 30 minutes my order was canceled. Called them up and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. Poor service and would not recommend. Must be a bunch of lazy workers!!!
This is the worst Domino’s Pizza that I’ve ever experienced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, especially after reading the other reviews that had similar experiences. Long story short, they were never going to deliver my order. I called the restaurant 7 times and they hung up in my face 4 times while keeping me on an excessive hold for 2 of the calls. My last call was successfully answered and I told them to cancel the order. This was 2 hours after they were supposed to deliver. The staff was very unprofessional and not sufficiently trained with their computer system. Thankfully, they figured out how to refund my money
Didn't make my entire order, only the breadsticks were offered when there was supposed to be aa lava cake and pasta. Had to wait for the rest to be made. Got home, wrong pasta. Had to drive back and wait again for the correct pasta to be made. No offer of discount or refund was made for my trouble.
Usually have no issue here however tonight we placed an order at 645 for chicken bites and a soda. Waited an hour.. when we called the store, they advised us only one driver was working and they had no idea when our food would arrive! No call or email to let us know. Finally spoke to manager who after multiple attempts to try and get us to come pick up order (after we paid delivery fee of course) stated we could be refunded. Store should call patrons when issues arise!!
There was a fly baked into the cheese of my pizza, and when we called about it, the workers thought it was funny then accused us of lying about it. Once we finally talked to some sort of manager, we were promised account credit. When we tried to give them another chance later, they had no history of ever promising account credit. The staff is trashy. The food and their attitudes both suck.
Worst experience ever. Waited over an hour for food. They ran out of wings, didn't have mask or gloves on, and were facetiming and using their phones while making food. The manager threw away at least 7 orders and had to refund 5 delivery orders due to being unorganized. They were behind on orders and some of the staff were taking smoke breaks knowing they were behind. Suggest more customer service and sanitation training. The whole crew needs to be suspended or fired especially the manager for lack of leadership. It was obvious that the crew did not respect the manager and there were not any sense of urgency being taken to complete any orders. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
