I had the lamb Gyro! It was really good, lots of meat!. I will get this again here, but ask for more cucumber sauce on the side. Fries and Onion rings were good and the Fried Okra was great! Wife had chicken and said it was good as well. Ton of options on thier menu. Other folks there told me thier fish is on point!! If your tired of the same of food from the common chains....try this place!!
This place is FIRE!!!! The chicken is sooooo good! The sides slap too! I got mashed potatoes, collards, and Mac n cheese.. drool worthy y’all! Their signature hot sauce makes the chicken pop even more. Im definitely a satisfied customer!!
Can't just slap American cheese on some fries and microwave it. It is disgusting. Should pay me to eat this.

The overall experience at Crown Fried Chicken was a good one. The staff was friendly, and the food was made quickly and accurately.The onion rings were fantastic. The cheeseburger was better than fast food burgers. The 13 year old said the chicken fingers and fries were good.The desserts were average, but they seemed to be “store bought.” I did not like the macaroni and cheese, which is strange as I enjoy most macaroni and cheese.The inside ordering area of the restaurant was dirty, so that was a downside.Overall, the food was good and the service was friendly. I view this place as a fast food type stop but better than fast food.Be sure to check the prices to ensure it is within your range.
The hot wings from this Crown Fried spot taste JUST LIKE how they did back in Brooklyn. It’s a taste of home in my 2nd home. The owners all know each other obviously. The one in Portsmith and Newport News are at 10!

Food has good flavor but...pieces are small and the breast is cut into at least 3 different sizes..
I was not impressed with this place at all. My fried chicken tasted better to me. I only went because my coworkers raved about it. It's a NO for me.
