May 19th 2022, 2:00 in the afternoon, I went to this cookout today which I have been there before the doors were locked drive-thru was wrapped around but went through pretty quick, the times I visited this location the food was very good,, today it was horrible!!!!!!! I ordered two chili dogs and a order of fries the chili tasted old and burnt, the fries were undercooked and soggy had to toss them, a bite or two out of the hot dogs, what a waste of $9, the food was just thrown together, not going to waste my money there anymore ???
I would really suggest finding a different location to go to. The girl taking orders in the drive-thru was very rude asking me if I was done after each item I ordered. She also made a comment that she didn't think I would hear. While I was looking at the sides and was silent for a minute she said " she needs to make up her mind". 10 fries (yes I counted each fry) in a bag is not worth $2. Every item we ordered was wrong and the food was cold. After the experience tonight I will never go back to this location to be treated like my order doesn't need to be made right or that it is ok for employees to be down right rude and nasty.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO EAT. Literally never gives out the right food or cooked to the right temperature or cooked at all . The food is always cold . The order can never be completely right . It is very Unprofessional.
Waited in the 2nd drive thru for 12 minutes before they said it wasn't working. Some of us come here on our lunch break and just wasted most of our time. The smart and courteous thing you can do for your customers is put a sign up or cones or anything other than letting us sit there for over 10 minutes!
Earlier today I stopped by to get some food. The girl at the window, with long, fake eyelashes, was rude, seemed bothered and belligerent. I tried to order food, could not hear her, I told her she was breaking up, I could not understand her. She didn't seem to care. I tried to let her know that I was still there, trying to finalize the order. Did not get any response for a long time. She mumbled something, situation become ridiculous. Her behavior was totally unacceptable and so disrespectful! I paid for the food, took it but then I threw it. I felt it was safer. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
Chicken strips extra hard and dry inside. The staff definitely needs some coaching on customer service at the window. Completely turned off by the rudeness and wanted a refund. This is not the first time I have encountered such behavior but it will be the last time.
My trip to cookout was quick, food was hot and good, with a nice menu selection for fast food. The milkshakes are the best. They're nice and thick. Milkshakes that require a spoon to consume in so many flavors to choose from.
It's OK so I must be the last person on the planet that had not had cook out. I went there for the 1st time the other day and it was amazing the portions and prices are crazy you get so much food for so little money it's good food home cooked it's just a great place to eat best lunch deal in town probably for what you get for the money and they have an amazing selection of drinks and just different items on the menu that are all really good I highly recommend if you're looking for lunch and Portsmouth to go to cook out
I was extremely unsatisfied. My order not only tasted horrible but it wasn't correct either. For starters the young lady on the speaker was extremely rude. I literally had to ask if there was a manager that could assist in taking my order because I was trying to be respectful while it was happening. I honestly could have been ok with the incorrect food and the not good quality but it was the absolute lack of care and rudeness from the speaker that made me have to do a survey.
Ordered a ranch wrap, barely any cheese or ranch and one singular shred of lettuce! They take our money and make our food to be like this? Why would I continue to order from there. But hey it’s Portsmouth, a lot of businesses don’t care about the quality of the food.
