Quite possibly the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten - and I have had many! I ordered the garlic soy chicken sandwich. You can feel the love put into the sandwich. Perfectly crafted - the breading and sauce are unique and oh so yummy. Topped with homemade slaw that was also perfect. I’ll be back! Even the way the sandwich was wrapped showed the attention to detail. This food is made with love. And it is for on $10.99 for a combo!!! Unbelievable! 10 out of 10

First time eating here. Amazing chicken sandwich, tons of flavor and super crispy. Spicy soy garlic and spicy lovers are both great sauces.
If your looking for the best fried chicken and sushi in town look no further. You can’t go wrong with any wing flavor but I recommend the sweet and savory or the spicy soy garlic. Unlike WingStop these wings are big in size and full in flavor. The staff is polite and the restaurant has great atmosphere and vibes. When it comes to sushi I only get the crunchy tempura roll and I only eat it from here.
My initial experience was a "top shelf"! I am a breaded wing type of person and these people have my heart already! awesome! the folks at East Side recommended it
Very nice, chill restaurant. Friendly staff, great decor and very clean. The food was fantastic! I had the Spicy Soy Garlic chicken sandwich, Sweet and Sour chicken Wings, and Spicy Tuna roll. I enjoyed everything.
Going to judge this place as if I were walking in blind. The reviews for this establishment were so high that we went in expecting to have the best meal we’ve had in years. It, sadly, wasn’t that. Were we satisfied with our meal for the price? Yes. Were these the best wings we’ve had in Hampton roads? No. Was it the best sushi? Also no. But it, overall, was good.The wings were well fried but not true Korean-style double fried. Maybe somewhere in the middle. So far only Bon Chon in downtown Norfolk has met that expectation.The crisp (note, not “crispy”) California rolls were not what we were expecting. We assumed that they were fried rolls; but that’s on us for not reading the entire description. It’s just a California roll with maybe eel sauce and crisps scattered on top. They weren’t bad; but definitely not what we would have ordered had we actually paid attention to the description on the menu.Overall, the prices here are good and very inline with the quality and service (which was excellent.) Not the “blow us away” quality some of the other reviewers on Google are giving it (I’m not sure what standards these other reviewers have.) But pretty good. Good enough not to knock a star off; but only just; I blame the expectations.
We got a lot of food!! And it was THE BEST sushi I have had…and the best chicken!! 5 stars all day long! Lovely food, lovely people, lovely environment! My husband and I are floored by how amazing this food is! The price is Great too! Traveled from the state of Washington to Virginia and this is the BEST meal coast to coast :) thank you and well done “Chick N’ Roll”! Super fast too!
Their food is so good. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and some sushi which was absolutely delicious. They have fairly affordable prices and manage to make me smile every time i go in. You order at the front of the store, not where you sit down so take note of that. It’s very good chicken and sushi for anyone who is interested and a great place to sit down and have dinner.
