Overpriced and overrated. It's not bad, but it's not worth the ridiculous lines people wait in. If you haven't had it, you aren't missing anything. They do have amazing staff, but I'm not trying to spend all afternoon with them either. Plus, gas is too high to be doing laps around the building. Im not a nascar driver. I only went because my sister ordered food online, and all in all it took the same time it would take to go to Rallys, order and eat.
Signature friendly Chick-fil-A service! Smiling faces, courteous conversation and fast service considering the volume. Many free items and rewards, too. I got a chicken sandwich, 8 piece nuggets, 3 orders of medium fries and a large tea for $3 with all of my offers available from Sean Hess, Portsmouth Blvd store owner, a survey and a general app offer. Gotta love CHICK-FIL-A!!
Poor Customer Service… I order a Large Drink, Large fry 12 piece nugget meal and was told at the window I could only receive 2 Chick-fil-A sauce’s. I tried to ask them politely again and to explain to them that I use the sauce for my nuggets and my fries as well so may I please have 2 more sauces. I was rudely told no. I then ask if I could purchase the sauces and was told they don’t sell sauces. I then requested to speak to a manager. The woman the window said to the young lady outside in working the drive thru “she’s holding up our line here just give her them”. Then to top it all off once I pull off I realized they gave me a 8 piece even thou I was charged for a 12 piece. I frequently eat at Chick-fil-A but after have had multiple unpleasant experience’s at this location and after this visit I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!!
My husband and I were visiting from out of town to Virginia with some friends. We don't have a chick fil a in our home town or near us so we never had it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and wonderful attitudes! From the workers at the counter to cooks in the back, everyone was so friendly! The food was super delicious too! I am just so impressed by everything here! Thank-you guys, stay awesome!
Literally the WORST Chick Fil A in the country and I know because I’ve been to locations all over the country! If I’m not waiting over 20 minutes or they forget my order, then my nuggets are burnt and if not that then they never give me any chick fil a sauce that I asked for! I complained to corporate before and never got any of the coupons they promised me!
Cashier never called my name to let me know my food was ready. My food was cold. Meanwhile the cashier who took my order was eating ice cream cone going threw the door. Smh. Another cashier seen we been there for a while waiting. Gave us a fresh order. Thanks to him.
The staff is always pleasant like most Chick-fil-A locations. "I wish all businesses would send their entry-level folks to Chick-fil-A for a customer service training course for one week, the world will be a better place. Food is always warm and good. The only thing that keeps this location from receiving a 5-Star Rating is because they sometimes leave something out or the order is incorrect.
They now have completed the remodeling on the inside and outside. They have dual lane drive through and it moves efficiently. Inside has plenty of seating and is less cluttered. The food has improved as well with the new owners.
Young African American girl was Chick-fil-A standard friendly. Didn't even say my pleasure. But it was late and people around that age group is ready to go home. So I understand it, but love the food as always.
Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. It's a little pricier, but the food feels much higher quality and doesn't make you feel so bad at the end. This Chick-fil-A in particular is the same as all the others: same great customer service, speediness through the drive thru, and consistent food quality and order correctness.
