I ordered a fish and fry and a piece of plastic was fried inside the fish. I took it back in the store. I got a refund and an apology.
People here are so friendly and the food is great. We go every week.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn’t get any part of my order right. When got to the drive thru window I had to ask for my drink before I pulled off. They handed me the wrong drink closed the window and proceeded to have a conversation like I wasn’t there. I had to tap on the window to get there attention just to get a straw. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste there money here unless you have time to deal with bad attitudes and poor customer service.
I want to start my complaint by stating the lack of customer service at this location is atrocious. I was dissatisfied with my service from beginning to end. The drive-thru attendant was not in the slightest polite nor courteous. When I made it to my job I realized my fries were cold and my white fish was not fried hard as I requested. When I called the location the manager was very rude consistently asking for my receipt as if she could verify it through the phone. I left work to get the corrected lunch error. When I got to the location the drive-thru attendant glanced toward the front counter and informed her manager of my arrival which was followed by a very unprofessional eye roll from the manager despite me waving at her to say hello. The manager never once greeted me or apologized for my inconvenience. I’m writing this to inform whomever may be concerned that I will not be returning to captain Ds at this location or any other location. The quality of service has decreased in a manner that is completely unacceptable.

My first time actually going into the establishment was kind of apprehensive after reading the reviews but honestly their food was delicious and I can see why maybe other customers find them rude. It’s busy I mean BUSY and with this pandemic I was surprised their staff was trying to get things out in a timely manner. Customers can be demanding and rude too. Great food!!!
You all are so trash the whole team need to be fired for serving food that look like this. A manager need to get back to me. Just trash
Food is Always Good when I Go Never had a Problem, The MANGER Freda took my order n was Really Friendly will Be Going Back again , My Favorites Are : The Gaint Fish Sandmich, Fried Chicken Salad awesome, 15 pc Shrimp Dinner , Calm Dinner , Cheese Cake wit Strawberry topping , and the SWEET TEA WITH THE CRUSHED ICE 4 DA WIN , CAPTAIN DS OVER LONG JOHN'S ANYDAY
This was the worst food ever. I ordered the crab cakes and they were cold, the corn had no seasoning. It literally made me sick before even leaving the parking lot. My husband ordered the salmon and mid-way through his meal, it was raw. I will never come back here again not to mention the place was filthy. Management should be ashamed.
The staff was very friendly.The food was fresh (a little greasy) but we'll worth the money.
