This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever went to. The last three times I placed a mobile order I get to the window and each time they say pull around and they will bring it out to me. This is with NOT ONE CAR BEHIND ME. and each time I wait for OVER fifteen minutes. Not to include they are by far the rudest drive thru staff ever! I will be driving the extra five minutes to go to a different location from this point on! I’m currently writing this while I’m sitting in front of their door and have been now for 17 minutes and all I ordered was a kids meal & still not one customer has went inside or thru the drive thru! They have no customer service skills whatsoever! I will be contacting corporate as well. Look at all the comments below on this location and this should honestly tell you something!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
The Store Manager Ms. Ty was very rude very bilge rant, mean and nasty to my daughter and I....my daughter has a disability for math and money.... she has been in special education all her life for this situation...I go to meet said manager for the first time and she belittled me as well... she was race baiting my daughter over her other employees... taking breaks to go smoke weed in her vehicle and coming back into work with the scent on her clothes (under the influence)...she was rude to customers and rude to her employees.... she and another employee used my daughter's register to set her up for a fail knowing that she hired her for just the kitchen... she stalked my daughter in the bathroom...
The food and service were good. But the drive thru was difficult to pull through. Don't attempt it in a big vehicle.
If horrible was a star I would give it to them.The Big King was the size of a cheeseburger with a slither of tomatoe which I was charged for ,I did even get a half piece of tomatoe. Chicken sandwich was so salty it was unhealthy. They are being paid to work there but they just show up.The one star is not for the store it's for the drive-thru worker that had a pleasant attitude. She was very friendly .
Food was excellent, perfect fries, perfect nuggets, burger was stacked nicely and cooked perfect, prolly my best burger king experience to date
Drive through staff was rude, got 2 out of the 5 items I ordered and 2 items I did not order. Will not be returning to this location again.
Caucasian lady (manager)Is very Disrespectful and with a Nasty Disposition! I wish I knew her name! Some days she's ok and most days she'll show her bad days to her customers!
