I really had high hopes for this locally owned business. The gentleman was very friendly. I got the flounder and the whiting. Flounder was dry and got home there wasn't any tartar sauce or any condiments in the bag. The whiting was just okay. And then I thought I'd try the fried crab as I'd never seen or heard of that. Sadly I didn't see the point. It's just batter you get your hands dirty with while you try to break open the crab and still have to pick to get the meat (I didn't know if deep frying a steamed crab would make the shell softer, it did not).
I order the Bam Bam shrimp and the liver. The Shrimp wayyyyyy to salty & over cooked. I ate 2 and I have a headache from all that salt. Liver was badly rushed, the only thing I liked was the hush puppies. I ordered this via door dash for my lunch break. Wasn’t able to eat it smh. Then door dash saying I I have to wait for a decision, pertaining to a refund. Due to they new policy smh.UPDATE: Resturant attempted to fix food, but my liver was raw. I actually ate one at that, my shrimp was slimy as if batter wasn’t fully fried. I had to put lots of hot sauce on them to be able to eat them.I took videos, that I see I can not upload. All but one liver piece was edible. I just threw it all away. I am done
I gave it 4 stars because, my husband loved it. I, on the other hand was not impressed. I went there for the crabs, but $60 a dozen for males was a "No" for me. I got (2) fish and shrimp dinners for $18 a piece +tax. I am not a fan of whiting, but paying $5 extra for flounder was also out the question. I just could not take the greasy taste of the shrimp and the whiting was tough on the inside. I am a lover of hushpuppies and I give theirs a 10. They were nice though.
I did it to myself. Went there hungry. Had fried crabs, devil crabs and gizzards with fries and slaw. For dessert I had pie and cake. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the great food and service. Thank you Billy.
Bbq dinner and Liver dinner are delicious.Sweet potato jacks are relly good and sweet. First time trying and will definitely be back.
If you miss Moseberth's liver try these! Delicious and my husband says the same for gizzards! Friendly smiling faces greet you. Menu is extensive seafood too. We we'll be back! Great taste!
OMGGGGGG I was searching for something different on Uber Eats and came across THIS restaurant. I can not say enough about this place. I ordered liver and gizzard, and sweet potato jack, boy was it DEEEEEELICIOUSSSSSS!! Must visit. Must try. GUARANTEED you'll fall in love. Oh and the servings were enough for 3 people. I'll be visiting again to try something different. Gosh spread the word!!!
If you’re looking for the BEST she crab soup here you go!!! I went to Billy D’s seafood last night for dinner and I picked up She Crab Soup.Let me tell you this was delicious not to mention it had real lump crab in every bite.This along with a Seafood Plater my stomach was very pleased.?????

Billy has brought authentic no fillers just great food. I've known him for years. I greeted at least 5 of customers who were 1st time customers. It's the best held secret that needed more exposure.
