Great fro family breakfast (all day!). Friendly staff and near the speedway in you are on your way to DC, stop , get a coffee and enjoy some eggs with biscuits

I went there alone my first time. A friend posted a picture and I just has to try and oh my god the pancakes are the best. I'll be going again tomorrow with a friend

The staff was very friendly. Our order came out quickly. The food was very good country cooking, the I remember how it used to really be! Definitely going back there, now that I found it!

After a repulsive night at the days inn around the corner, this breakfast was a welcome treat. I had a western omelette made into a sandwich with a slice of tomato. It was wonderful. The sawmill gravy was outstanding and the grits were on point. The only disappointment was that there wasn’t any chipped beef for chipped beef gravy on toast. They said they couldn’t find it. Amazing what things are hard to get during Covid. I’m sure their version is outstanding.

Little cafe that bangs out a great home made breakfast. The coffee is great, the sausage is mild, the pancakes are huge!

Love this spot as well, great food and staff. Fair prices and fast service!

There’s very limited good down home food around, but Yankee Coffee Shop brings back the nostalgia of diner food.Sometimes you don’t want kale salads and wheatgrass juice. Periodically good cooking’ is what you need in your life.People seemed pleasant and frequent locals were a delight.Definitely do not pass this gem up & give it a try!Nom nom and more nom nom nom!

A little cafe in Petersburg serving freshly made food. Like stopping here when in town, it's been here for years and although not as pretty as some on the inside, the staff and food are great. Stop by, you'll have a great meal.

The food is always good here and outstanding service.

This has been an AWESOME place to eat for many years. My 3 kids loved to eat here when they were growing up. The original owner, MR. K, would always make sure they got candy as we were leaving. He was a WONDERFUL man and I really miss him working the register. I don't remember him ever using a calculator, he added up our bill in his head. And I don't ever recall him making a mistake. The atmosphere hasn't really changed too much now that Mr.K isn't there. The food is still DELICIOUS, and the folks that work there are really nice and friendly. I feel certain that Mr. K would be pleased with the way his restaurant is carrying on.
