Jack runs a great location. Food is ALWAYS good and hot. Employees are so friendly and helpful. His employees love working for him and stay there for years. Jack works as well. He doesn't just stand around. He does any and all himself what is asked of his workers. He runs a very clean facility. And his food speaks for itself. It's a great place to eat

We visit here once or twice a month. We love the way they fix their food and it is always good. The staff is friendly and they always get our orders correct. They keep us coming back.

Stayed in town overnight and ate here for dinner. I hade the single with cheese with the works, fries and choc shake. The burgers are made to order and the works comes with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and mustard. So I asked to have ketchup added. With some sass, I was told the burger doesn’t come with ketchup and I had to order ketchup on the side. If the burgers are made to order, why can’t they just add ketchup? It was a very good fast-food burger and the combo was $3 cheaper than the bigger companies. Also liked that the shake was too thick to drink with a straw. I would eat here again.
I was quite pleased to find a What a Burger in Virginia (I know of a couple in NC, but thought most were in the mid south, like Texas)...and I was even happier with my experience! The drive-thru line was rather long, but cleared out pretty quick; the lady taking orders was friendly and efficient, and the food (double 'all the way' cheeseburger, large fries, medium Pepsi) was hot and delicious, obviously fresh, good sized portions. I do regret not getting a milkshake, after seeing the advertisements, but it gives me a reason to return next time I'm in Petersburg.You all do a great job, thanks for an excellent meal!
Definitely get your money worth here! My favorite is the Barbuce platter! Definitely something here for any age!
