Read this and everyone els thag gave one star. We are saying the same thingDefinatly lowest ranked waffle house. Tryed multiple times over a span of 3 months to give these guys a chance. Silverware was always dirty. All my orders was wrong or not completed to my request. Waffles was overcooked thin and hard. Staff seemed depressed and uncaring. The tables and floor should be cleaned a little better there was missed spots and old food some places.
I do not recommend this Waffle House, and I know that corporate would be appalled to know how it's being run. It was going on 1am, the restaurant was about half full, and upon entry we were not greeted, nor sat at a table. We were very hungry, so we found a table on our own, which had not been cleaned, but wasn't too bad. There was a menu there at the table, so we started looking at it, and a few minutes later one of the workers behind the counter said that someone would be with us in a minute. Our waitress was decent, took our order, and the food was delicious as always. However, I witnessed a few ladies come in, and they were never greeted or even acknowledged. They were looking at the two empty tables nearby, but they were dirty. They were looking around to try to get the attention of someone, but after a few minutes they left. I will say that all of the staff were actively working, including preparing to-go orders, but I don't think that excuses them from greeting customers and cleaning tables for them. I seriously doubt we'll be going to this location ever again.
Best Waffle House I ever been to . The server/cook was super on point . Everyone enjoyed their food .super clean everywhere. I would definitely stop here again
They take too long to clean tables my food is taking forever to come. I ordered a Texas bacon cheesesteak and they didn’t put the steak in. They constantly butchered my order. Service is very slow, The workers keep chitchatting instead of working. The workers were also rude, we were waiting at the table the lady was so rude and told us to wait at the chairs instead of the table we were waiting for to be cleaned up we waited over 20 mins just to sit. This is Most terrible service I ever seen and I am visiting from NewYork.
What a great experience for the first time coming to a Waffle House. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Food was great, and price was unbeatable
Stay at the hotel next door. So this location is obviously convenient. However, The reliability of this place being open 24 hours is slim to none. Numerous times tried to have breakfast at 6 or 7 am and walked in only to be told rudely that WE are closed. And won't be open until at least 10am. Then if I go for dinner later in the day I get told the same thing. The place is dirty-tables,floors, bathroom too. This location is clearly having staffing problems. But maybe should consider adjusting the hours of operation as it is extremely frustrating to think you can eat there on a 24 hour schedule only to be turned away. And rudely.
The cook and manager was welcoming. This place is always busy because the food gives you comfort.
Diamond is great with kids we had waffles and when my daughter was afraid to go Portia by herself diamond (waitress) made her feel safe.
Food's good and cooked to standards during day shift however, the new and confused overnight shift is horrible. Talking and playing all across food, unprofessional.! They just need a better choice of staff
The cook thats on the overnight shift is straight up professional, and talking about being able to cook, wow. I see why people stop here in the morning and get there meal to go into work from here. She's good, the food was absolutely delicious
