Best Chinese food in Virginia period, I'm from New York City where Chinese food started in America. Trust me I've ate at every Chinese restaurant in this area and there food is very delicious and tasty cooked in fresh Grease . This place deserves better they need to expand to a more classic China setting , because this Chinese food is something you want to sit down and enjoy. There staff is very friendly and accurate with your orders. The chicken wings and pork fried rice is off the ? meat rack. Feels like I’m sitting in the south Bronx crushing sum good old fashioned Chinese food.
Solid choice for Chinese takeout. Family Meal easily feeds 4 people. Gen. Tso's Wings are delicious. Prices are very reasonable, even though there was a customer in the store hollering about how expensive they were. (I think she was just trying to work them for a free soda.) My biggest critique is that my pre-paid online order was supposed to be ready at 6:05pm on a week night. I didn't actually leave with my food until nearly 6:45pm. The phone was constantly ringing with orders and the staff was also taking walk-in orders. I like to walk into an establishment and know my food will be ready at the time it's promised. I didn't really enjoy waiting around a bunch of mask-less customers going in and out. ?

The egg drop soup at Top's China is one of the best I've had, & I've tried many different Chinese take-out places. I do wish that they gave more crispy noodles with the soup though. You have to pay for extra bags of them. With a large soup two small bags of the crispy noodles just isn't enough. Other than that, we like their food & they're quick with your order. We love their lo mein & sweet & sour chicken as well. Lunch specials are great too.
I've been going to this restaurant for over 20yrs. Love their food! I havent found a place that is as good as this one. Quick, friendly service. Will continue to visit as long as they're open.
Being going for 20 years plus, the general chicken use to taste alot better years ago. they have the best wings in the whole city hands down, chow men fun is great, rice is ok, the buffalo wings are like crack, cant get enough. the food has changed over the years but this place is still the cleanest place you can eat chinese food at!

Bourbon chicken taste like they poured soy sauce on it. Sesame seed chicken don’t taste like sesame seed chicken it’s just red LOL and the rice taste like ricearoni idk lol I’m not knocking their business try for yourself but it’s nasty to us.
