This place has really turned it around. Tonight drive thru was fast, efficient, correct on the order, food was properly made and staff was polite! Keep it up!
Slow. As in, you can wash a load of laundry, dry it, iron it, put away before you get to order window screen. Then if that wasn't enough, they missed some of my order. My order from the time I placed it was over 12 minutes. Unexceptable.
I NEVER outright say I wanna go back. I like the Quesadilla's from TB and this one here....oh man! Juicy with the thickness, wholesome with the fluff, and tender with the tasty. I'm trynna tell you! Nighy shift need to keep up what they do. Wurrd du muva son son! ✊?????
Was pulled to a parking spot to wait for food, given the wrong order, and by the time I pulled back up to the drive-thru I tried to get it fixed and they were already out of eggs....manager fixed it the best she could.
Soft taco were hard around the edges. Broke when folding to eat. Should not have been used. Usually have a good experience here, must have been left out and stale.
Have come here last 3 times and it’s been a problem, just recently after not coming here in a while forgot my Hot sauce the 3 times and this time it was Mild not even Hot.. then after saying they have no Baja blast I wanted to get money back for the extra drink and they say they didn’t have the “power” to do that. Felt more like didn’t have the smarts or efforts, pathetic place for being so much more expensive now. Can go to Chicken Fiesta for the price. Oh and at least at CF they won’t get your order wrong and give you beef when ya put in the mobile order Chicken.

Around 7P this evening.We waited in line for I’m not sure how long- before we realized they were all just sitting in the dining area after telling us “they would be with us shortly” all to laugh and point and make jokes to all the waiting vehicles outside, while looking at their phones. Instead of letting their costumers know what was going on, nobody was covering drive thru or even attempting to hide the fact they were all just doing what they wanted to do.I despise giving poor reviews, but sadly, this location has gone down drastically for many months. This isn’t the first time it’s been crazy like this and it just continues to get worse as we try to give them the benefit of the doubt with everything going on in the world and not just assume the worse but man pictures don’t lie. This was super disrespectful. We just ended up leaving along with the other vehicles that were behind us. A shame really cause I know all Dinwiddie residents looked forward to somewhere close by on cool take out nights.
Worst customer service experience ? we walked in and the employees behind the counter did not even acknowledge we were standing there. No one told us to use the kioes to order. When they gave us the order they set the bag down and walked away. I asked the employees standing at the register about cups for our drinks he said I don't know about that. Then I kept looking at the girl at the kitchen area who finally came over. She said people always yelling at her about the drinks and she didn't know what we ordered. I had to tell her 3 times just fountain drinks. She slammed the cups on the counter and walked away. I don't know what the employees at the register were there for as they refused to take orders and were not helping customer or their team mates. Taco bell needs to do away with self order kioes. I did not see a manager on duty which is probably why we had bad service.
Steak power bowl is my favorite. I appreciate the workers who are polite and efficient
