This was the best Taco Bell I have ever had in the world and I've been all over the US The staff was helpful but light quit to serve or even though they were understaffed II could hear the conversation in the background they tried to keep quiet be quiet during rush hour they still got my food out quick I had a large order and it was the best tasting Taco Bell I have ever had everything was cooked perfectly seasoned well seasoned well nothing was saggy or gross it was great right like the best ever I hope the staff knows it how good of a job they do and how much I appreciate it
I doubt this is the fault of the workers and more of a staffing or corporate issue but the hours are very inconsistent. I placed an order online And went to pick it up at 8:30 am and the building was closed. Either help the people who work for you or change the hours

The absolute worst taco bell on the planet. No one knows how to even answer a phone to try and correct the order their app would not allow me to customize. Then couldn't cancel my order because no one could answer a friggin phone ?
I called the store to see if the lobby was open. The person whom answered the phone said 25318 Ritchie Ave Dinwiddie, VA;so I asked if this was 3294 S. Crater Rd. Petersburg, VA.She said yes with arrogance because she had to repeat it 3 times as she corrected herself from Dinwiddie to S. Carter Rd.I was told the lobby was open, all visible staff likely passed the door from the kitchen as I knocked.The drive though female attendant operator was laughing seemingly.I called again and spoke with the next team lead who repeated the address once asked who assured me a team member under his management would open the door.I went inside took photos as requested and offered by Google of all decorative outstanding art pieces.The inside was dark and maintained with one crew member sitting at the side rear entrance.I decided to take photos and leave.I used to work here and I did have to quit due to Military R and R, and joint PTSD.Thank you,djfortify
It is 6:28 pm and the dining room is locked. No explanation, I stood at the door and the employee just pointed to drive thru without saying anything.

Ordered a power chicken bowl, a potato & cheese wrap, & a chicken quesadillo. The food was hot & delicious! The people were nice & even though I ordered the power bowl & it had things in it my son didn't like they were kind enough to remake the bowl with the items he wanted with no problem. I'd certainly recommend this location! Keep up the great work! I'm loving it!
