Great food & Prices. We stopped for lunch. I got a sub & my wife got a club sandwich. Both were good. French Fries were pretty greasy.
We went to roma on feb 19th for the first time and it was by far the best customer service I have had at a restaurant. I can’t say enough good about our experience! The food was delicious and came out very quickly. Our drinks never got more than a fourth of the way empty before they topped them off. Whatever system they have, they have it down pat! This is a new favorite and we will absolutely return soon. Thank you all for the excellent experience!
I've been there a few times before and they've always had great food. Today I was just there for lunch and order the Roma Special Steak, which is basically like a Philly Cheesesteak. I requested cheddar cheese in addition to the provolone and to add mayo to the bread as well, and it was fantastic. They did a great job with lovely toasted Italian bread as the foundation. This one's a winner.
The food was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing. My waiter was nice and friendly knew the menu well. It's always nice when the FOH knows the BOH
I ordered the eggplant parmesan. The 3 pieces were 1/2" by 3" and were factory made, not fresh made. They were heated but didn't have any sauce or cheese on them. The spaghetti served with it filled the plate and had melted cheese on it. The blue cheese dressing was not good. There was a sign outside the door that said eggplant parmesan was $10.99. I ordered that to eat there and ordered baked spaghetti to go, which was ok. When I got the bill I was charged full price for the eggplant parmesan, which is $16.50. I told the server what the sign said and she said it was for a sub and chips. I told the owner I wanted to be refunded the difference because the sign did not say that. The owner stated the employee must have forgotten to put "sub" on the sign and would not give me the difference. I told him I would not be coming back if that's how they treat their customers. As I was leaving he told the server " That's the type of business we don't want here." Well, THAT'S the type of business I don't want to go to.
Jan. 8,"22 Party of 8 (4 couples). Most of our party have eaten here before. Some of food was cool, should have been hot. Some of meals were not very tasty,had a lot (really a lot ) of pasta and cheese. Wife had ravioli with very little meat and pink sauce did not look very desirable. Waiter got confused several times with orders. Prices too high for quality. No go back
Always nice people. Usually stop here every Thursday night to grab some pizzas
Really enjoy this restaurant. Love that they have linguine and red clam sauce. And half wine Wednesdays is great!
Delicious! We had dinner and tried a dessert we have never had. Fried dough! Yummy!
