Gave me a price on the telephone. I added 4 toppings & asked how much it was &. Was told $6 something when I got there it was over$10. Won"t go back there. The pizza was burned also.

One star only because I HAVE to leave one. Worst customer service in the area that I’ve ran into. And by far the longest wait. And not one person communicates. One person working all the orders. No one tries to help him. The woman at the register should never be at a register dealing with guests. This is my second time trying this location since moving to the area. Thought the first day was an off day. No, this whole place needs a different front of house staff. And maybe a manager on duty would be beneficial as well. I managed food service from 2014-2020. This is unacceptable short staffed or not. Will definitely not be returning and I just can’t understand why anyone else would.

The pizza was good but the service was slow. I placed my order online and still waited over 30 minutes for my order after I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready. Staff was nice.

I frequently order from the location & the pizza is edible but nothing to jump up & down about. However this time it was very tasty and had the right amount of ingredients. The new pizza maker did a great job with preparing my pizza! Thank You!

I walked in to place my order. Had enough time to go next door and buy groceries. Went back to pick up pizza. It was hot, crispy thin crust and was very good! Best take out I have had!

This Pizza Hut called us last night after we placed our online order to let us know they were closing and they would cancel our order. This has happened on multiple occasions where it is cancelled after it was already placed. Not only did we have to figure out another option for dinner after we had already planned it but we have also lost our points multiple times over this. I understand the shortage in staffing but if that is the case then they should change their hours. This location has constantly disappointed and I will do everything in my power not to go back or to any Pizza Hut for that matter. I am beyond disgusted

The woman at the counter never spoke to me or the 5 other people that were there. Waited 45 mins then she just walked out and never came back. Then I got loud so someone would come out from around the back and then I got serves. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Pizza was cold by the time I got it cause it was made and just put in warming oven. Never ordering from that location again. Wish I had the employees name so I could put that here as well. Hey definitely need to train there employees.

The delivery of the Pizza took at least an hour and a half from order time to delivery. I take in consideration that it was Friday but an hour and a half for preparation and delivery. I know the tracking app is an estimate in which it stated 50 minutes to 60 minutes, but it was way off by an additional 30-35 minutes, and I live 6 minutes away from the location delivering the pizza. I am sorry but this is unacceptable because never experienced a pizza being delivered this late.

We put in an online order around 130 in the afternoon for pick up at 6pm. Arrived to Pizza Hut shortly before 6… was told the pizzas were being cut. After 20 mins I asked if our food was ready, this time being told ours is next in line to be cut. Multiple other patrons were complaining and waiting, manager came to front but only spoke to one patron before retreating and not coming back to talk with any other concerned patrons. At one point the manager said to another employee that she tried to shut the store down for rest of night because they were running out of some food and she also said “I’m not going to sit here and be yelled at”. No one yelled at any employee… but every concerned patron was not getting straight answers. Finally the cashier let me know one of our pizzas wasn’t even made (we had been here 49 mins at this time). Multiple people cancelled their orders and left. We didn’t get the right pizzas at the end of all of this anyway. It had taken too long and the restaurant was too chaotic. There were multiple employees working,but it didn’t seem anyone knew what was going on. We have had more bad experiences at this location than. Good ones.
