Typical Pizza Hut layout. Clean, nice employees. For Pizza Hut, one can count on most any of those to have the best Pan Pizza, Cheese & Bread sticks.
I ordered delivery at 4:57pm on February 21, 2022. At the time of ordering delivery was still open and an option; at 7pm I finally called after it am had been an hour and half of waiting past the delivery time I was told, they told me they stopped delivery a while ago. They hadn’t contacted me to tell me it wouldn’t be delivered. I had to ask for a refund that wasn’t offered. If an order for delivery is placed and accepted you would think they would honor that order or at the very least contact you if they can’t deliver the food.
Pizza needed to cook a little longer. It had a good flavor, it was frresh. At least they now have the store safe to walk into
Your standard pizza hut fair, but the staff actually give a damn about doing things right. Will happily order from here again.
I will not be ordering from that Pizza Hut again. My food was cold placed my order at 6:21pm received it at 7:45pm. My food should have been hot and fresh my grandson cheese bread sticks were cold and old. I see why they have a 2.4. They lost one customer again guess I will go back to Dominos.
The pizza I ordered had the extra sauce; however, the mushrooms and olives were overbaked and dry. The cheese sticks were not that appetizing. I will not order those anymore, and will my usual breadsticks instead.
The staff was horrible. Numerous Pizzas that they were fixing had to be thrown away as they were not cooked properly and the wait was well over 1 hr past the scheduled pick up time... Never again
Waited outside for my touch less purchase. Never came. So I went inside and it was in the warming oven.
It's the only pizza hut that I've gone to in a long time, they have good food but the service is slow. it took an hour to get my dinner box Saturday night, I ordered it from the app and it said 25 - 30 minutes which was ok, but having to wait another 30 minutes, that was a bit much and they lady at the counter acted as if nothing was wrong. She was nice but no reason for the pizza to take that long. I probably will go back bc it's so close to my house, I'll just know to be ready to wait twice as long as the app says.
The dough was only half cooked. I called when I got to the store parking lot to let them know I was there for curbside pickup. I waited 20 minutes and no pizza was delivered. I went inside, they were unaware of where my pizza was. After searching they located my pizza. By the time I got home my pizza was cold. It took 45 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I picked up.
