Really like this place. Open for lunch Tuesday through Thursday, lunch and dinner Friday and dinner Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.My most recent visit they had delicious ham, roast beef, ribs, chopped pork, sausage, fried chicken, meatballs in brown gravy, green beans, collards, mashed potatoes, hushpuppies, gumbo, salad, peach cobbler, banana pudding and a couple things I cannot recall.Everything was very good and reasonably priced. Service is very good too. I stop here whenever I'm in the area if it's open. You won't be disappointed.
I went with my family and we all had the buffet. Food was fresh and really good. My husband liked the family atmosphere and Christian music playing. The pork BBQ was his favorite but he also ate a healthy amount of the chicken and dumplings and Salisbury steak. Everything was really good and we look forward to going back. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and very good. We ate until we were stuffed! Thanks for a great homestyle meal!
Found Nanny's while looking for another restaurant on our long drive home. Its buffet style. As you walk in, you can see some awards they've won. The food was hot, and the buffet was kept full. I really enjoyed the pulled pork amd the BBQ sauce was just the way I like it, sweet and tangy. Will definitely stop here again, when we travel down south.
Absolutely loved our dinner tonight. I haven't had a decent hush puppy since I left the 'deep south.' Nanny's hush puppys are perfection, golden and crispy outside, moist and dense inside. The price was more than fair and everyone was just so friendly. I'm sorry that we spent two years living so close to it without realizing it was here but we'll make up for time lost. If you're in the area and hungry, stop by Nanny's. You really will not regret it. Don't forget to try the hush puppies!
Really good food. All you can eat. Country cooking. I love greens tho but there's is sweet, I don't like them. Only thing I tried and didn't like that they have. Good service too.

The BEST southern food at a restaurant I've ever eaten. The hush puppies were my absolute favorite, but everything had amazing flavor, and tasted like a home cooked meal. Desserts were warm and I wish the banana pudding was homemade instead of artificial, but the cobblers were great! Everyone was so friendly, buffet bar was kept clean and stocked, and the fried chicken was some of the best, even though I prefer baked! We were visiting from Indiana and ate out a lot, but this was my favorite restaurant of our vacation. 10/10 would recommend
A really good southern cooking restaurant. This is the best I have had since being in the Petersburg area.The brisket was delicious but is only served on Saturdays so keep that in mind if you are expecting it when you go.
Speak Nanny's far and wide around here and folks know exactly what it is! I live in Ohio and I finally got to go today. From the size of the waiting area and parking lot, I'd choose an off time to come. Everything I tried (and I tried a lot) was Delicious!! And the people are great!
I absolutely love Nanny's. The Southern home cooking is out of this world. The Southern hospitality is a breath of fresh air. I didn't know places like this still exist...
