The worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Always at least 20 to 30 minutes wait time in the drive-thru. Today, I was second in line car and I heard the order taker say to the car ahead that she would be back to take his order in one minute. ELEVEN minutes later the order taker came back and took that car's order. This McDonald's is terrible. I made my order, a sausage, cheese, and egg bagel. The sandwich took about four minutes to be presented to me, no receipt offered or given. I had asked for a receipt as soon as I paid. It took another three or four minutes to have a receipt given to ne from inside the store. Within two hours of eating the food I was sick throughout my gastric system for more than twelve hours. Which is worse at the Petersburg McDonald's near Route 460, the food, the service, or the exrended waste of time? All three are terrible and the worst, ZERO stars earned.
The customer service at the drive through has typically been very good. However, I have been there 3 times this month and they have missed items each time. The young man at the window was very apologetic all 3 times, but looked toward the back and just shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. My visits have been later in the evening and it appears the supervisor is not present or in the back joking around with the staff themselves and nobody is following the normal quality checks before fulfilling orders. It is an easy fix and the quality of the food I get is good. I don't like having to open up my burger to make sure it is a double and count the number of fries or make sure the proper amount is in the boxes but am willing to do it as it gets corrected.
Nice friendly service, smooth running drive through and they don't skimp on the fries..
This store has the most atrocious service of any McDonald's, I've been to.They forgot a 10 piece and now I have to settle with a 6 piece, they shorted me 4.I will not be back to this pecticular McDonald's.This 1 star is too much of a rating.This isn't the first problem I have had with this pecticular McDonald's.Long lines, long waits,cold food, and wrong orders.Today's fiasco was the last straw.To the Regional Supervisor: FIX IT!!
I've had good experiences here at this McDonald's. I drive a truck and they are on my route. The best part about this place is getting your food and walking towards the right side of Tractor Supply there is a field there. Some of us need people to talk to and we might not have them. So walk in the field and eat and speak if you are in need like I was. You can't afford not to
Drive thru was horrible 1st they didnt know what i ordered and was told to wait on nuggets which were still cold and so were the fries even though the young man who bought my order out was very polite I was still upset because I had to send him back in for my daughter's apple juice box
The lady helped me out so much I was having trouble either the app and a deal and she logged in to her own app and got me the deal herself since it was messing up on mine. The care she showed me was great.
This store needs to learn on what clean means. The floors were nasty.? I saw an employee wash their hands and then fix their hair.☹️ After they went into the kitchen and was touching food with their hands, no gloves?. They also need to learn on how to wear a mask.? I won't be going back to this one again.☹️
If I could give a negative star, I would. I went to this place on New Year's Eve. Now, I understand that places close early, but there was no signage of this particular location. My husband checks the dining room door it's locked so we're like OK dining room's closed but there are cars in the drive thru so we figure we can go ahead and order, that the place is still open because everything indicates that they're open until midnight. Nothing is saying they are closing at 8 PM, so it's just before 8 o'clock we place our order on the mobile app for curb side pick up. The order goes through right at 8 PM, 10-15 minutes later; we're still waiting. By this point my card is charged and the order says it is completed so I get my husband to go through the drive thru and he has to honk his horn to get someone's attention and that's when they tell him that they closed at 8 o'clock and so when my husband says "well can we get our money back" they respond "oh well there's a phone number in the app that you will have to call". Excuse me there is no phone number in the app, so there was no number for me to call. They refused to refund our money that evening, they refused to give us any food that evening, and left the building by 8:20 PM that night! Basically, because it was a holiday weekend, there was nothing that could be done until Monday morning. I will say that on Monday, I was able to be issued a refund for the order that I never received. I am so tired of bad communication and terrible customer service. I will not be spending ANYMORE money at this business! I will NOT support someone getting $15 an hour to be rude and disrespectful to the customers who spend money there and ultimately pay the employees' pay check.
