The line and wait was was very long. They have 2 lines but I pulled up and there was still a line. I mean very long (some cars pulled up and turned around before they got in line). Waited a while in line to get to order, then waited quite awhile to get to the window....then at the window, they told me to pull up and park and someone will bring it out. I honestly waited abot 25 maybe even 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. It was packed and it was lunch time... but wow 30 minutes. I am giving them a 4 star because the food was hot and the staff was nice enough. If you go there during lunch you will wait awhile.
No coffee in the Ice Caramel Macchiato, nothing but milk, drove off by the time I realized. Very disappointed. Usually go hear daily, not anymore. Will look for nearest Starbucks or Dunkin Doughnut even if it's out of my way. Morning service crew, not a fan! Window #1 where you pay for meal, the gentleman is Awesome ??, The only great thing about mornings here. The rest of drive-through leaves a lot to be desired.
I ordered at the kiosk inside. It's not really user friendly. I didn't get my coffee when they called my number.The sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin was great, but use the drive-thru.
This place is a big joke. We’re doing door dash. Been here waiting 20 mins and still no food. They’ve locked the doors and won’t let anyone else in. Employees are walking around lost. Some people have been here waiting over 30 mins. I’ve never seen suck complete lack of doing your job. I will never ever come back to this joke of a place. Will never accept another doordash from this place. Drive thru is wrapped around and back out into the Main Street. Stay away from this place at all cost.
I redeemed a large caramel frappe with my McDonald's rewards points from their app and it was nice inside. The cashier was so polite. She made the best frappe. Usually they're messy and got chunks of ice not crushed I r blended enough and so sticky on the outside. This one was perfect.
Place was almost empty, with just a couple of eat-in diners and some delivery orders being processed. Clean, friendly, and our order was correct and freshly cooked.
Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Got a plain sandwich. Got my kid a happy meal... not the toy they advertised. Tried to use the order quiosk... only works with the app. The didn't call out our order out loud. So yeah a tad disappointing.
Ordered a coffee and they gave me half a cup. I asked them to fill it up and they had me drive up to wait so they could brew more. I waited about 10 minutes for the coffee when I went in. Noone had brewed anything. ! The girl said she would do it now. I asked for a refund and they said they didn't do refunds. I told her I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. She started to get loud with me so I went out and backed up to the window. They threatened to call the cops if we didn't move up. We refused. They continued to yell and threaten us. We stayed until we got the coffee. The worst most trashy service ever!
Accommodating and friendly staff. I asked for the chicken that normally goes on a biscuit to be put on an English muffin and they did it! Clean restroom. We were traveling so those things are very important. Can't go back because of the distance but would definitely recommend.
Typically slow. If you choose the outer drive-thru lane it's a gamble if anyone will ever take your order.
