It's like they go out of their way to ignore their customers and door dashers. Every time you go in half the staff is sitting down talking to one another. On multiple occasions they tried to take food out of our order say they didn't charge us when they did not give us a receipt and steal. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited

Stopped in on our long drive 6:45 am, the women on drive the drive through was wonderful while my morning brain couldn't remember McMuffin to order kiddo food. So pleased
Quick service food was properly made to protocol’s in my opinionClean counter at register and dining area also customers were allowed to dine in and that’s a plus for me and my familyThe only issue was I asked for a dollar Mc chicken, cheeseburger,fries and a dollar drink.The employee taking my order totaled it out at 11.89 for everything and i absolutely went into a speechlessness situations which resulted in a 11.89 bill.Please contact me when y’all read this as I truly need something in return for this unbelievably pocket rip off due to lack of customer service on the hostesses side.I surly need a competent individual that has my best interest in mind at all times.Please in this troubled struggling economy respond with the deserved free meal in a due process
Drive thru line long. Went inside to order. No one came to counter. I tried to use app, wifi down. Tried to use app with kiosk, would not read my phone code. I left and returned to my car to make my lunch out of stuff in my cooler. My husband elected to stay and order. I've been done for 20 minutes and he is still inside.
It was McDonald's. They're not about quality or innovation. It's all about consistency and value, if you like McDonald's you'll like it, if not, you won't.
My fries were cold although the chicken nuggets were hot and fresh!
My sausage was a little burnt but overall it was pretty good. The best part was the customer service. The young lady on the drive through was so upbeat and full of personality.
The cashier just looked at me ,she didn't say "May I take your order" oh that's because she was texting on her phone ,they didn't have my cream for coffee just sugar
