First time at this location & our hot and ready pepperoni pizza was excellent for $5.55, the place was clean & the employee was friendly.
Placed order on line for thin crust pepperoni, paid on line, reply said would be ready at 7:30 pm in drive thru, drove out, waited for 3 cars ahead of me, got to window at 730, and was told they ran out of thin crust, so I asked for them to credit my credit card, they did not know how. I asked for a Hot and Ready Pepperoni that they normally have ready, and was told nothing was ready and would be 20 minutes, horrible customer service
Had to pull around and park. There was literally no line. The pizza wasn't good. The slices were not cut in equal amounts. The slices were not cut ask the way through. You had to rip you a piece, lol. A piece of i'll cut ill shaped nasty pizza. But, the customer service was otherwise pleasant.
I know we’re in the “great resignation” but it still shouldn’t take 45 min waiting in the parking lot for 1 (ONE) hot and “ready” pizza.
The line was so long. There wasn't any Hot N' Ready pizzas available. The cashier notified all of us (around 8 ppl) that only pepperoni/one topping pizzas were being made. 25 minutes it took my friend and myself to receive our hot n' ready large pepperoni pizzas. They're no longer $5 large hot n' ready pizzas. They're $5.55
Went into drive through to do hot & ready as advertised EVERYWHERE and was told only doing only orders. Now having to do completely different dinner for family.
This is the worst Little Caesar’s there is poor customer service and long wait times for Hot and Ready items will not return to this store ever again
Store Order id1113838The Petersburg VA location is definitely in need of an over haul on taking care of the customer my husband ordered some pizza at 6:42 pm to be ready at 7:11 pm and we are in line at 7:15 and are still in line at the drive thru at 7:55 received the email that our food is ready but we are stuck in a line where people are ordering as they get to the window…the store is locked which I understand Covid is a thing this is not working every time we wait almost an hour for our food and I don’t see any change why not do curbside to go if your that scared of Covid and won’t open the doors then why not allow pick up from the oven box as soon as you open the door with a code you would double your business and get the patrons in and out if you do curbside it would just involve a runner but here we have associates open the door for friends and family and hand them pizza while we wait a ridiculous amount of time for something we paid for….you can see the employees scarfing down pizza and breadsticks and licking there fingers which mind you they prob haven’t washed there hands so thanks for the flu or upper respiratory infections I’ll prob get from this forget the Covid be sanitary! this kind of service will cause this location to suffer but I don’t think management cares so why should I still provide them my money. I guess if they don’t care it’ll be another washed up business in a washed up location and that’s a shame someone needs to step in and lead them because the management team apparently isn’t. If they did they’d step in and fix it.8:00 pm still awaiting my food8:49 pm still waiting for my food as I am waiting another patron has entered and left the facility with pizza8:54 still in this line at this point I want my money back and the gas I’ve wasted and my pizza for freeThis is beyond ridiculous
Very poor service the workers were standing outside just hanging out I waited at the window for 5 mins and drove around to ask were they open a red hair Caucasian female stated she only has pepperoni pizza and that’s all I wanted. I asked was there a reason no one was at the window and just standing outside she mumbled and mentioned she is a General Manager and the other a training Assistant Manager who was hugged up on a gentleman when I asked for a number above her.. The owner should be ashamed having ppl represent their business as such she could not give me a number over top of her she stated the person is with his kids and she is not calling him.. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, OVERALL VERY POOR SERVICE.. Very desperate for workers and it shows that ppl are hiring just anyone and this is what the pizza looks like PATHETIC
Little Caesars has always been my go-to pizza for a quick pick up before heading home. My experience this time wasn't the best though. The pizza was not hot. Also, the crust was flat and tough. Went in around 8:00, but still expected to have a good hot and ready pizza. Staff was friendly and courteous.
