They were rude, overpriced for what you get, and my beef spareribs were nothing but gristle. 100 do NOT recommend, they don't care about remaking the incorrect or abismal food correctly either
Food is great I just hate the fact they don’t take cards who walks around with cash these days
Gave us the wrong order and stated they would discount my next order.Called to place another order this evening now they tell me they can not see I have ever called in the order in their phone history ?.....,pants on fire..It is sad because their food is edible, but dishonesty does not go down to well..
Chicken lo mein tasted like fish sauce/old fish, had to throw away. Wasn't worth trying to drive back and get replaced.
I've always have enjoyed my meals from HKC. The meals are always fresh tasting and hot. The last meal from there was not so great. I ordered Chicken Chow Mein and the sauce was tasteless and way to thick, all Corn Starch. I hope this is not going to be the new normal there

Food is getting bland
The food is usually good. Last night I got general tso chicken and big house fried rice.. it was gross. The chicken had been sitting for a while and was all stuck together and dry.. the rice smelled bad , like the meat was not good.. I called and got no refund or replacement . She told me she tasted the food and it was fine.. THEY JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
