I don't know how this place is still in business. i stopped going here for over a month. figured i would give them another shot. never again. always short handed, always opening late, always some excuse for being slow, or getting stuff wrong. always rude employees with a bad attitude.
Tried the $5 meal with the big cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised. The only negative was no self service sweet tea and the tea from behind the counter was not very sweet.
It was terrible. Food tasted pretty good. Store out of napkins. No sweet tea available in the dining room. Got a cup from behind the counter. Not sweet but was able to tolerate it. 2nd cup I poured out because it tasted sour. I do not plan to ever go there again and do not recommend to anyone.
Definitely won't be returning in it this location. I have had the same experience 2 other times so...3rd times a strike out. Fries were cold and the edges of the burger were burnt. Disappointed for sure.
I like this Hardee’s so I am bias. Tonight I had quick service and friendly staff. Tenders were hot and gave sauce when asked.
Management has failed this location, the whole dining area was not clean, the fountain machine had mold on it and the food was nearly cold
Slow lunch time service off I 85 in Dinwiddie, Virginia. Sells bone in ?, burgers, ?, shakes, etc. Has a drive thru also.
Went through the drive thru hash browns were burned and had a burn taste returned them and you could smell and taste that the batch was burned again returned them and the chicken biscuit because the chicken was over cooked. Manager was rude overall I will never will return to this location again.
food was horrible cant get your order rt then you go inside to get it remade and after 15 minutes its still not done and other waiting on the rest of their orders and workers standing around and not caring place is filthy noone wearing a mask will never go back you call customer service leave messages and noone returns ur calls stay AWAY waste of money
Went to get breakfast biscuits for family and they were very busy and hats off to the manager who was managing her crew plus checking orders for accuracy.
