i will never recommend this location..just my total drive thru experience was very disappointing..came her a few times before but during earlier hrs..never had a problem..however. I'm sure me visiting tonight had really irritated the front drive thru employee. His tone on the speaker was in a way as if I was getting on his nerves. He never greeted us..not even with a smile. BTW I had time to write this while waiting for my order in drive thru. No one has came to let me know if it was cooking or at least almost ready...slings the bag to us..without saying anything rolls his eyes. We were the only car there. Sorry we bothered.
Messed up a basic order. 3 plain burgers. No cheese only catsup. It came out 3 with cheese and mustard.. 3rd time I've been here, 3rd time they've messed up the order. 0 stars deserved.
On march 5, 2022 I went through the Crater Road Hardee’s drive-through. There was an employee smoking by the back door. I proceeded to place my order and no one answered. I proceeded with hello, hello, no one answered. I drove to the drive-through window and there was no one insight. By the way, there was enough trash by the drive-through window and on the side of the building to fill up a trashcan. it seems like the owners of this Hardees has given up. I thought about it. If the outside looks like this I wonder what the kitchen looks like

Hardee's has always been a really good fast food restaurant to me. I got the mushrooms Swiss burger with bacon added and it was hot fresh and delicious. I love the mushroom sauce, always have and the burger was done exactly like I like it plus the bacon really added an extra kick to the burger. Reasonably priced, did have to wait a little while but my food was fresh and delicious. Staff wear masks and were courteous.
Be sure to tell them breakfast menu if you are ordering breakfast. Didnt think how late it wss and they only had b/fast up on the screens. Ordered wrong lunch n dinner combos. Still good and great stsff.
Omg, i am absolutely in love with the chicken waffle!! Literally try and get at least 1 a day!!!
Today Jan 12 2022. Went to this Hardee's went thru the drive thru and they didn't give me my complete order. Went back to get complete order and it still wasn't correct. Better management needs to be had there and more attention to detail.

They closed 15 minutes early and was very disrespectful and nonchalant they said everything was shut down and I got there at 8:47Also the windows are disgusting the crew member scratched her face with gloves on
