This has got to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've visited. They consistently have something missing and the customer service is just as sad.
Floors were disgusting. The strawberry colatta tasted like it was about to go sour. The 2 workers in there had attitude issues. Was not a pleasant experience
Today I went to get a frozen coffee and the person who took my order was rude - I asked for a frozen coffee with 6 equals and I always say please and thank you - now mind you she says one equal and I said no ma’am 6 equals - she gets loud and tells me please and thank you like I did not have manners !!! So - told her never mind I don’t want it anymore and drove to the other Dunkin’ Donuts in Colonial Heights where they can definitely get my money !!!
Pulled up to get an iced coffee and after waiting for a minute or two I asked if they were open to which I received the response that they were closing the store because they were the only one working, Sunday at 2 PM. Apparently making a coffee takes more than one person. Maybe Dunkin donuts should not be opening more locations if they can't keep them staffed.
They really need to just close this location down. Employees are always sitting, never working. When they don’t feel like getting up, they use the excuse that their machine is not working. It’s terrible. The employees have poor attitudes and if I could give them no stars I would.
Never have anything we order, not once, twice but each time they Never have apple fritters or Cinnamon rolls...very rarely do they even have doughnut holes. I'm trying to figure out what is this placed called Dunkin Doughnuts if you can NEVER get freaking doughnuts?!!!! Please help me answer this!!!!!!
Obviously can't pay people to have customer service. Went inside, no one acknowledged us. While my daughter was looking at the menu and donut selection a worker yelled over her shoulder to use the kiosk. I asked "are you talking to us?".. nothing. So we ordered from the kiosk that printed a blank paper. Then the same lady yelled our order out and I asked which bag it was because there were 3 on the counter. She said "the one with 2 donuts in it" like I can see through the bag, there's no ticket on it. So I open a bag that thankfully was ours and both donuts are face down on top of each other. I let her know the kiosk is printing blank paper and she said "I know". Mind you, this woman still never looked at us, her back stayed to us the entire time.
In an empty store the employees are not interested in getting up from their seat at the tables (one would think for customers) to fill an order. The donuts might be great but I'll never know because they apparently are not interested in selling their product
Love the Sweet Pepper Bacon and Egg Croissant! And, love the Snackin Bacon! Plus, they have great coffee and donuts! ❤
Wasn’t open 45 minutes past the time they should have been. Called the business phone after waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes without being acknowledged and was told no manager was there and they were not authorized to make sales
