Call to attempt to make a pickup order. They never follow up with us still waiting on the line. Over 10 minutes or so waiting. Hung up and decided to just take a trip from Fort Lee Crossings area to this Petersburg location. Made the order and waited for 20 minutes for the order for it to not come out correctly. Decided to give them a chance to adjust the problem and it looked homemade and not looking fresh anymore.Very very disappointed.
Worst Dominoes location I’ve ever been to.I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and it’s been terrible every time. They won’t answer the phone, they close hours early, cancel your orders, sometimes they won’t even accept online orders even when they are supposedly open. Their staff are unhygienic, no masks, no gloves, were all outside of the store upon arrival and rude over the phone. It’s to the point where I will drive to the next further Dominoes just so I don’t have to waste my time ordering from this location.
This place took over an hour to deliver my pizza. I live 7 minutes away. Tracker said it was waiting for the driver for over 30 minutes. If this place isn’t staffed enough, make it carry out only. People are nice. Pizza barely warm from taking an hour
Placed order and store says delivery. Stores only 3 miles away . I work out town stay hotel. Can't travel to store they called said they don't delivery.

will not deliver to my house so we dont get freebies in witch i called office and they said they delivering so you get screwed by dominos other than that the pizza is good
1.5 hours late.. pizza did not have right toppings. Order Little Ceasars at least youre getting what you expect. Never again, worse than Pizza Hut on Fort Lee, VA and thats pretty bad!!!
I don't like to wait for delivery when I'm hungry, so I always order carryout. I am new to the area & I've never had any issues. My order is always ready sooner than I'd expect.
Said my order was out for delivery, was to be delivered in roughly 20 minutes. Watched the GPS, said driver was in parking lot, started walking down to parking lot, and order had said delivered. Called store to ask what had been going on, since in the notes of delivery I had stated to call me. Store had said driver forgot my order at the store and knew about it, yet didn't bother to contact myself.. stated driver will be coming back to get my order and bring it to me after they pick it up. I would like to have at LEAST gotten a phone call with an UPDATE if they were "tracking" that my order was not with the driver, or stated there was a mix up or something! Waiting almost TWO HOURS and a half with a delivery quote of 25-30 minutes. had to call a few more times to get an eta again. Said would be 10 minutes. 15-20 minutes had passed.. called store again, they don't know where my order is. Driver was supposed to call me, took 10 minutes to call me. Did not read delivery address. Instead there has been no communication at all.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The food was pretty good here. The pizza was cooked well and all was pretty good. Up to standards you would expect from a Dominos. Just be careful doing pickup at this location. Hopefully your vehicle rides higher because the pot holes there are quite large. I was able to drive around them but others may not see it
