Always a good experience when eating at Brother's Pizza. The wait staff are pleasant and helpful. The food came out in a timely manner. Flavor was good. Everything came out hot!The only thing I didn't care for was the 20% gratuity on our bill. 3 Adults and 4 children oldest was 13y/o. I think that should be taken into consideration. The waitress made $40 between our tip and the gratuity. Which she would have gotten that much either way.
Our waitress was absolutely terrible. It took her 20 minutes to take our order and then took her another 20 to bring us the check when we were done. I watched her check on every other table twice and never checked on ours. She was very rude and short and got annoyed when we asked for simple things like ketchup. The turkey was soggy on my sandwich and was overall not very good. I will not be dining there again
The staff is ruining the business. The kids..My last visit in April 2021 I ordered a pizza, waiting in the room for 30 minutes, no name called although she said she did but did not. I'm the one waiting for it and she did not call my name. My food was sitting there for who knows how long but it was 30-45 minute wait.My most recent visit tonight as of April 2022 I ordered a pizza. Called and told the girl what I wanted on my pizza and she seemed to be very confused over the phone. I went to pick the pizza up told her my name, and even spelled it out for her slow and clear. She still couldn't manage to figure out my name lol. What is with these kids.. and then the pizza has all the toppings in the center of the pizza clumped together, the cheese doesn't even make it to the crust.Im definitely not spending $20 for another pizza from here. I'll get something else but not the pizza, it's not worth the price.Again, the kids are ruining your business.
This place is very disgusting. They have children in the front, no supervision at all. The way they treat black people that come into this establishment is egregious. Today I ordered for wings, the workers continued to say it was coming. 40 minutes (after watching other people receive much larger orders than mine) I asked again. Then a hour, until i finally left. They continued to work around me the entire time as if I did not matter. I also spoke to other people (caucasian) whose came in after me in the process. They were shocked because they’d never waited that long. On more than one occasion I have came to brothers. After the first free coupon that they had to give me i’d thought that maybe i was mistaken. I thought maybe i should try one more time. However this time proved everything I needed to know. I would not recommend this place to people of color. I am a pre law graduate, with a future in advocacy. This was very disappointing to witness. This is sad that I have to write a review to be recognized. However, this is necessary. I wish I got the names of the cashiers. Probably wouldve been more helpful! Good luck
Group of 6. Pizza was greatService was not. Took waitress 4 trips to bring silverwar, napkins,menus, straws for 6.(It's great Brothers hires mentally challenged.) And there was a gratuity of 20% added to everyone's bill. Really? How did management know the quality, or lack of, service our group received.
The service this time wasn't up to par, but I've been there millions of times when it's was on point!!The food is always good!! Hope for better next time;)
Food was good as always. Server only checked on us twice . Then I asked her for the rest of the items that came with my order that she forgot. Then she brought check Which had a 22% tip already added to bill...I cod see it if SERVICE was THE BEST. but she needs more training.
Love their wings. They never disappoint. I'll order a 20 piece just for me ?. Warm Crab dip with peta chips always awesome! One of my favorite places for chicken or stuff shelled parm. Pizza is always good also!
We were seeted right away. The service was great! The food was served within a reasonable length of time, and was delicious. I have known the owner for many years. He is a great guy. He supports the community.
Called to place a to go order, tried for 45 minutes so finally drive up there. Was told we dont answer the phone when we are busy, cant be that busy if it's only a 20 min wait for our food to be fixed. Been coming here for over 20 years and have never had a problem. If you cant answer the phone if you are busy then you should put a message on phone after it rings a few times. This doesn't look good on a business.
