The staff was very kind and sweet. My friend were cold and the sweet tea was not very good at all.

Chicken was very tasty, Biscuits ohhhh man. I'll only purchase bojangles in the South,it taste so much better.
Awesome service and food. Love the spice and love the customer service even more. They went out of their way to please an older gentleman and made his night. I watched as he went off to eat his supper with a huge smile on his face. The night crew working on 11/08/2021 should be praised.
Finally a Bojangles that has speed figured out. They do follow the trend of skimping on the seasoning for the fries. How does a place known for seasoning skimp on the seasoning?!
It is my favorite chicken spot but my experience was bad. I asked them to make sure my fries were hot and they were barely warm. So they asked me to pull over and they would bring out hot ones. After a 10 minute wait they brought me my fries and they were warm like they had been sitting out. To make things worse i paid for ranch dressing and they forgot to put it on the box, so i had to ask them for it. Finally when i get home i discovered instead of them giving me a 3 piece breast meal like i paid for, they gave me 2 breast and a thigh. I was done. Service was not good at all. I was totally disappointed.

The young lady at the drive through should look for a different career choice. She literally didn't speak when asked twice if everything was in the box, then when I had to pull back through she rolled her eyes and sighed when asked for napkins and plastic ware seems she would be better served in a non people related environment. Food was great.
