Fantastic food with wonderful service always. Very neat and clean.
Good customer service first and foremost. I gave 3 stars because the food is ok I tried the new wagyu burger yesterday around 6. I went around dinner time assuming the burger would be fresher. There is no strip of pink. The burger is bland no flavor but the sauce that is on the burger is good. The Lettuce was too messy for that burger. The meat was dark and tuff. Get this the pickles were dry and kinda hard. Wendy’s has a better burger and crater rd Wendy’s is old run down and ghetto.
This is not the first time they have left off items in my order. If you decide to buy from the Petersburg South Crater Road store PLEASE make sure you check your order before you leave the parking lot. The food is often cold when you receive it, the store is rarely open except for the drive thru and the service is absolutely the worst. I think you need to get a new manager because this is a continuous problem, not just a one off.
I ordered chicken platter with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cold and appeared old. Tasted like someone had added water to some old potatoes.
My experience at Arby's with was the worst. Drive through couldn't get my order right even after repeating back not once but twice. Finally get my order and they still messes it up. They left my 2 for 6 fish sandwiches out and the cheddar off my classic beef and cheddar and the sweet tea was wrong and the fries were over cooked. Then when I say something to the cashier. She had an attitude if im paying 14 dollars for a combo it should be made right. could give them no stars I would cause my time and moneywaste wasted wasted
My first time at this Arbys. ( Sunday March 13th, 2022) I typically choose Arby's because the service and food are outstanding. This restaurant failed miserably. After leaving the restaurant, I noticed that my chicken sandwich was not freshly made(as I'm accustomed to at Arbys) and the French fries were warm but old. The texture was like they had been sitting around for some time. If I wasn't pressed for having to meet someone at a certain time, I would definitely have returned my food. What a big disappointment.
Info on web site outdated. Drive through open only. Brand new dining room has not been opened since remodeling. Not enough staff. RIGHT.
Not bad, chicken was a little dry, I've had better from there that's why I came back. Hopefully better next time. Love the zucchini bread.
My experience sucked. My money wasn't satisfactory spent. Bought a medium fish combo. The sandwich was poorly wrapped. Asked for extra tartar sauce, more on wrapper than sandwich. Lettuce wasn't fresh, withered. Fish was cooked too fast. Curly fries were overcooked had more chipped ends of curly fries. Had about 3 whole curly fries in medium size order. Only thing decent in combo was sweet tea.
Horrible service . The place looked nice from it being remodeled. The manager and staff all should be fired. To place a order for 30 and never get a sauce or a hot sandwich is crazy. I will drive to colonial heights from now on. HORRIBLE SERVICE GO TO COLONIAL HEIGHTS.
