Worst customer service and rude. After offering to help with the problem I was ignored cause it was a simple thing as emptying the drip pan. In stead they just allowed the customers to walk through black mold water which is in the tube that drains. Bunch of kids who don't care work there.
Staff was great. They made the pizza exactly as requested and faster than expected. Couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu or you can go crazy and get it anyway you can think of.
A few years this place was great but now the service and quality of food is horrible. Absolutely horrible! Nothing but a bunch of unsupervised kids working there. They've had a grand opening sign and a tipped over heater out front for some time now. Homeless peoole and drunks hang out outside asking for money daily. It's just a very bad experience overall. Stay away from this place.
Disappointment in a recent order purchased from the Your Pie Pizza located at 7550 Granby St. This is one of those situations that make you madder on other levels. I ordered a pizza to go and I am sure like many of you the way you feel and see that your order is basically inedible. I got home and I should have checked in the restaurant but the pizza was completely burned. Usually service is great but this time the pizza was not up to the usual standards. Don’t believe me check the picture yourself. Once I got home and opened the box to see the pizza I was tired and I knew I was not going to go back out. I contacted the restaurant but nothing heard about my issue. Some may say I should have checked my pizza but is it at a point where you need to check everything a person does? Here I am letting you know that I guess it is good to check your pizzas before leaving. Hopefully this is just a one off but a little attention to detail would have helped in this situation.
I placed an order through door dash and called back because the soda was carbonated water. No offer to replace or refund. The lady just got for a second apologized and then asked was there anything else I needed. May be small to some but more customer service training is needed
My son loves this place and loves that he can make his pizza any way he likes. Awesome job and very friendly staff.
Individual pizzas so everyone can get the toppings they want. Haven't had one yet that I didn't like. Recommend getting whatever limited time offering they have, even if it seems strange. Great, friendly service.
I like going there but the last 2 times I was there they were out og toppings and the service was way to slow. I went in today and they had a sign up that said we are out of these 9 toppings. I decided I would support them anyway untill I waited 10 minutes and never got my order taken and I was the only person in line and there were only half a dozen people ion the store. Time to find somewhere else.
My cavoliflower pizza was really not done on top the mozzarella was not melted and and the crust instead was burn...was the first time I had it cause the other time I order a double crust and was great!
Best quick service pizza in the area! The staff here is fantastic and the food is always great. If you’re looking for a quick, quality pizza, this is the place to visit. They also have other great food choices too.
