My food was cold and my fries were soggy and left opened in the bag. The cashier gave my husband a hard time, didn't greet him, and was rushing us so she could "take a cigarette break". I kid you not after ringing us up with a cigarette in her hand she yelled to her coworker to cook our food so she can take her "smoke break". They're understaffed and it's taking a toll on the employees causing them to act rudely and unorthodox.
Best wings in town that tastea so amazing with lemon pepper and a side dip of housemade ranch. A must have and must try for sure.
Ordered a10 piece boneless combo. Half was Korean BBQ and the other half was Hickory Smoked BBQ. My wife wanted Korean I wanted Hickory. The Korean half were tiny and all breading no chicken. Some of the hickory were this size as well. Only a handful were the normal size. They were smaller than a fast food nugget but far more expensive. Only our third time eating here but it will be our last.Also every time I have been inside the restaurant it is thick with smoke. Either their kitchen hood is broken or the employees have not been trained on proper use of the kitchen equipment.
i ordered takeout. bad wings, with little sauce on them. they spilled sauce everywhere in the bag, and the food is cold
Never going to eat here, they don’t seem to have any idea about food safety.As I walked in they were having a DoorDash Driver fill the beverages for an order. I’m pretty sure having someone without a food safety certification handle good or drinks is illegal and dangerous.Don’t order here if you value your health.
This is our favorite wing stop location. The employees are great and the wings are always delicious. Thank you to the employees for making this a great restaurant. ??
Go buy your wings from a different supplier these portions are ridiculous!!!!!!! No other restaurants have wings this small this was a waste of my money!
I got food poisoning today(26AUG21) aaaaaaand it sucked. I don't know what went wrong. I loved the food but maybe something went wrong sanitation wise. Me and my wife are definitely sick. We aren't going to come back to this store but please do some checks on your food. We don't want this happening to others.
I usually love Wingstop, but I’ve had too many bad experiences at this location. Bad service, refusal to take orders at the counter and (what ticked me off the most) not receiving the full number of wings I ordered. Last time I ordered here, I asked for 15 wings and got 13. No worries, could be an honest mistake. Ordered again today with the -exact- same order, only got 14 wings. I know it’s not much of a difference, but if I’m paying over a dollar for a single wing, I at least expect to get everything I’m paying for! I’m disappointed Wingstop. You can do better.
Excellent customer service! My wings were hot and freshly made upon pickup. I got the Bayou BBQ and Mango Habanero. Both types were raging in flavor! Highly recommended. Don't forget the RANCH!!
