Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. This is the worst food experience I’ve had in the past year. It took close to an hour to make a meatball sub and a ham and cheese sub. The meatball sub was ice cold. Cheese was not melted at all. They made other peoples’ subs before ours - people who put their orders in long after we did. This was the worst which wich I have ever visited. Will likely never go to a which wich again.
Spent $50, got my sandwich. Waited about 20 minutes for the airhead that took our order to tell us she didn't know how to unjam the frier and make our fries. I get that its tough to find help but jeez.

First time here and was not impressed. Sandwiches were a little overpriced and the selection was small. The ordering process is also a little strange as you write the order down then take it to the register instead of just giving your order. Could have been better.
Brilliant staff! Personal and willing to go above. Food was great and normally I won’t do a cookie (sugar carbs ?) but I had to this time.
I met the GM Alley and Kayla who is one of the newest employees today. They both provided excellent customer service with a smile which is very hard to find nowadays. The philly steak and cheese sandwhich was also great. I will definitely be going back.
Which Wich has the best sandwiches in town. Aly, the GM, is very friendly and her team follows suit. If you are ever in Downtown Norfolk and want a great sandwich, definitely go here.
My first time there and it was amazing. Aly introduced everything, which was so helpful. Clean store, and delicious food. New favorite lunch spot!

This was my first visit to a Which Wich and all I can say is I'm so bummed they don't have them where I live because Ali and her team made us feel so welcome and we had a fantastic lunch here. The sandwiches are delicious and the fries were great, too. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town ??
