Only gave 2 stars,since the food was decent. The customer service was very passive aggressive. The person on the DT told us to order when ready and we said okay. Then, less than a minute later asked again and we said we needed a moment. Only for it to happen a third time! We ordered, sat 5-10 minutes in line, and once we paid. We got our food and had no napkins, no sauce (for the nuggets we paid for), spicy nuggets instead of regular, no straws for our drinks,and no utensils for our baked potato... the driver was trying to be nice, and moved quickly, but after realizing their mistake the line was wrapped around the building and the inside was locked. Who wants to wait 20 minutes to get the essentials that we should have received the first time?
Chili was cold. It taste like ketchup. There was no meat, just sauce and hard beans. The employees were rude and angry, masks were on their chins, standing at the window complaining about and worker/manager at the drive thru window which was slow and unorganized. They forgot my fork, napkins, crackers, sour cream. They literally gave part of my order to the car Infront of me, the customer gave it back and then they just gave it to me didn't even attempt to remake it (clear cross contamination during COVID). I will never go back. Complete waste of time and money.
Very unprofessional, called in to speak with manager and was asked “who this” like it wasn’t a business. The person on the phone then said they were the manager. When I arrived back to the restaurant three other people were return food and getting refunds. My food had to be made over and when I got it the lid wasn’t all the way closed causing the food to fall out. This place need a customer service etiquette class.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Upgraded to a large just for the box to be filled with cold burnt fries. (Could’ve swore Wendy’s is promoting hot fries)… Window girl is a sorry excuse for an employee asked for a dipping sauce she said ok, checked my bag once I left to no sauce. Approx. 15 seconds passed after asking, no way she forgot that fast. If she didn’t want to comply I would’ve accepted no just fine. Should definitely reevaluate your hiring corp.
When ordering from Doordash at this location. The food is always cols. The fries and burger was so cold that I threw it in the trash. They never send the frosty. This is the worst Wendy's location ever. I recommend to never order from them at night by Doordash.
First time visiting this Wendy's. Had gone to a viewing, wanted to grab something quick. Service was very fast. Everything was pretty good. It was a bit confusing as there was a lot of construction in the shopping center, but when that's done, everything will calm down and driving in and out will be smoother.
They have the rudest young ladies working drive-thru. You are the face of the company and should be welcoming. They don’t greet you, say you welcome. They just look at you. Horrible customer service, HORRIBLE. The young lady forgot my drinks and just was starring at me for a few seconds. When she finally opened the window I explained that my drinks were missing. She closed the window back without saying a word and went to go the drinks. Not one time did she say sorry about that or anything. This place is horrible.
Geez. I stopped by earlier this afternoon and they got me SUPER angry.And well…I won’t be stopping at that Wendy’s anytime soon again.I put in a mobile and when I got to the last window. They were like $29.I looked at them and was like “I had the mobile order. And it was only $9.21.”Girl goes to the back and says something to another person and we’re like: “Are you sure you put in mobile order?” That’s when I got upset because I told them I had the mobile order and I told them my first and last name. Even spelt it out for them and told them my exact order and shown them my app. Anyways…these people ended giving my order to the person in front of me because they said they had an mobile order.I was kinda livid by then and at the same time I was keeping calm. They remade the order and I didn’t really get an apology. I’m highly upset with this Wendy’s and crew. They should of double checked before giving away other people’s food. I hope the franchisee owner sees this.
I am not a fan pf thwre new fries. They are disgusting. What I did like however was the manager was nice enuff to replace them with a baked potato at no extra cost to me.
They never get my order right!! I had to send it back 3 times today just to get a large fry and a plain double stack. I said IKetchup & pickles only. How hard is that? They kept giving me a small fry and a double stack with cheese. I finally got the large fry but they still gave me the wrong burger. ? I gave up and drove off. Tossed the meal in trash can and went somewhere else. Moral of this story..Don't drive off without checking your food. Or better yet, just pick a different location. This one (Military Hwy next to IHOP) seems to have problems...smh
