I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Their customer service is horrendous. The lady with the blue Durag was the worst of them all. Just nasty out her mouth and very rude.So me and my dude went for an early breakfast and while we were eating they started doing dishes and the water splashed on our food. Just horrible.WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!
Everything taste good. I love their sausage. Customer service was ok but it stays busy so you have to be patient. Other than that I will be back?
If I could give negative stars…Completely rude staff. Had us waiting for 15 mins and then took orders around us without acknowledgement. We spoke up and they still did not help. No longer spending my money on this company
My girls love going out now. Younger woman helped us. Super Friendly and you know exactly what you're getting here!
Customer service is great even though I was the only one in there. The only thing I wish waffle house would do is have French fries. How you have a hamburger and no French fries
Good food and at a good price. The staff is friendly and professional. Love the breakfast and my favorite place for breakfast on weekends.

I have been trying to give this restaurant the benefit of doubt, however after speaking to numerous employees and trying to reach a manager I have came to the conclusion that someone can't cook grits and if you order double bacon it should be just that. I was finally able to get through and was told that I would have to come to the establishment to speak to Ron the manager which is 20 minutes away from my residence. When something simple could've been handle via phone. They have lost a reputable customer for sure. Horrible on customer service!! Horrible on food!!! Would rate "0" however I can't ???
Service was so great! All of the employees had such great attitudes and were ready to serve and thought ahead of what we might need or want! We will be back!!
