Food was great as usual and the staff was friendly. Music playing was on spot. Only thing was, and this I found curious, they didn't want people sitting at the bar area. I usually sit at the bar area when I'm alone so I don't take the booths away from bigger groups. When asked why I was told by a staff member it's because the cook doesn't like people sitting at the bar. Though they didn't give any other reason why. It left me puzzled. Another thing I noticed was they were giving customers plastic untinsels instead of the clean metal untinsels, though I guess that does cut down on washing dishes, but they have to wash plates, bowls and cups anyways so it shouldn't matter if they have to wash the silverware either. But then again who knows. Good experience but left me a bit curious and puzzled
The food was nasty, the service was bad, the plus size black young girl was more concerned flirting with a guy she knew and chose not to take my order. She had just took his order right before me and walked off smh. The older white lady had to take my order. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive out my way to another one than come back there.
Food was great. Cooked exactly how I ordered it. Never ran out of coffee. Very glad I stopped in. Manager was friendly and had a good laugh. My server (Ang) was quick, smiley, and very attentive. Charming and cozy atmosphere. I chatted with a young lady sweeping the floor and she was well spoken, well mannered and took obvious pride in her job. Definitely recommend eating here for the food, the ambiance and cool employees that work hard and take pride.

Now mind you, every employee there is within 6-10 feet of you. It took us another 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge our calls, and to finally get our drinks. We had to ask multiple times for jelly and ketchup, as well. Literally the worst experience at any Waffle House I’ve ever been to.
The staff here is amazing every last one of them. Every is very greeting and with a smile. Comes back to check on you to make sure all is good and food is always cooked to perfection each and every time

The only person who didn’t look miserable and rude was the young man cooking who was either bald or had low cut hair. I couldn’t tell because he was the only one who had a hair cover on. He actually looked like he loved his job, and I think he should be recognized for it. I was there 1/15/22 around 2:30 am. Hopefully that will help identify the young man.
Sat and waited for a table for 10-15 min finally got a clean table, sat at the table for another 5-10 min and was completely ignored. Finally got up and left since we were clearly not going to be served. They were fully staffed with employees standing and talking instead of working. I love waffle house but this one is horrible!!!!!!!
Hash browns not cooked all the way. Customer service made you feel like you were brothering them by coming there. Tables were not clean. Needs improvement.
Ordered bacon and scrambled eggs, she asked if I wanted cheese I said no. Ordered to go and when I got home they gave me sausage not bacon, burnt eggs with cheese and hash browns that got grease on my toast. Threw it out, trash food
If you walk in and see nothing but ghetto workers slowly walking around do yourself a favor and just LEAVE. I cleared off my own table, was ignored by the staff for over 15mins. They literally looked me in my face multiple times and turned around to do something else instead of take my order! The most unprofessional, LAZY and GHETTO looking staff I've ever seen in a waffle house and thats saying something! I wish I could give 0 -star because 1 star seems too good for them!
