I love going to Varia. Logan was our server and he was exceptional. The live music created a very inviting atmosphere. I went on Thursday for a ladies night/happy hour. There were great food and drink options. Highly recommend if your have tried this place yet!
Celebrated my mom's 57th birthday here. This place was on my checklist to come and do something special and this spot was able to fulfil all of those moments. Also, very thankful for the waitress we had as well.

Stayed at the Main and while my wife and son went to a school orentation .My son and I decided to have breakfast at Varia. We walked in everything smelled good There was a good vibe and nice atmosphere .We opted to order from the menu .We had a great waitress named Sydney. My son said it was the best breakfast he has had yet and we have been to alot of places to which he has let the waiter/waitress know if the food was good or not. He is 9 by the way. Thanks for the good experince Varia. I would Recommend

Sam and Liz served us an amazing meal! The wine list was really good and we had a great Barolo. Chicken parm was amazing!

The service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive. There are no complaints about him. The food, on the other hand is very average. For the price I was expecting great food. I ordered the caesar salad and the meatball appetizer. My date had the sirloin with potatoes and broccoli. The salad was good but too much dressing. The meatballs had little flavor and didn't taste any different than store bought frozen meatballs. The sauce was lacking normal seasonings like basil, garlic, thyme, and oregano. The topping of cold ricotta did nothing for the dish. - recommend instead of 8 little meatballs, doing 2 large meatballs with mozzarella The sirloin was requested medium but was closer to medium well to well done. The sauce was bland. The potatoes were good. The broccoli was supposed to be grilled but had no grill marks and was still raw. Overall, for me it was not worth the cost. I have had much better Italian food at mom and pop restaurants.
It was amazing! The entertainer did Italian and Spanish music mixed. It was a great and intimate time. 10/10 recommend! Oh, I had the braised short ribs it was amazing and filling.
