We came here with a large group of family. About 10 of us. They were extremely patient and got all of our orders correct along with providing a fun experience. They had plant based options which I loved! And everything was rich in flavor. Great family spot.
Had an awesome time with the family getting ice cream. It was really cool watching them make it and roll it right in front of you! Highly recommend for a fun treat. Definitely will be trying the mango madness next time!!
First time trying Urban Ice tonight! AMAZING! Loved the service. The lady taking our order was very patient and informative, and helped us choose the right flavors and toppings! The entire staff was extremely friendly and the Pistachio macaroons were perfect! Definitely a place to stop by when you want something sweet, will come again thank you!

My daughter and I love Urban Ice and we give it high praise. Excellent customer service and of course quality beverages and food. Lovely Thai rolled ice cream, coffee, bubble tea and crepes. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the downtown Norfolk district. Quite entertaining as well when ordering the ice cream. They play various popular music as well for those dining in and for your waiting pleasure.
Quell did a fantastic job making us some tasty desserts. Our first time there, but we will be back for sure.

Visiting my family for the week and my niece mentioned she wanted to try rolled up ice cream. So we searched social media and came across Urban Ice. This was such a great experience! My niece and nephew had a blast! They both created their own rolled up ice cream. I on the other hand saw this delicious banana pudding creation on the Instagram page and had to go for it!It was all so good. The owner and staff are super sweet, they truly made the experience amazing. We will definitely be returning!
