I'm super impressed! My entire family was able to find something they loved. I got the vegan garden veggie pizza (adding vegan cheese is about a 2.50 upcharge which I did) and it was lovely. Came to about $17 and I'd say it is about a medium or so. Everything was very fresh and tasty. Not to mention, our waitress was wonderful and incredibly friendly with my toddler; he loved her.Definitely recommend!
Food was good. Service was amazing. Added 15% gratuity to every check no matter what. Servers were friendly but had many facial piercings and didn't seem to be hygienic which pulled from the atmosphere. This place could really improve by not adding gratuity and asking the servers to lessen the mount of facial piercings and improve their hygiene.
Food was ok..The pan my pizza came in was hot but the inside of my pizza was cool. Salad was damn near frozen. Don't waste your money on drinks
The food was lacking a little flavor. The pizza was good though. I got 2 drinks from there a margarita and an old fashion. The margarita was good but the old fashion was not. It was made with Knob Creek, which I like, but lacked taste. I didn't take the bitter or sweetness.
Went for the 5$ Monday personal pizza special, got 5 and had to be wheel barrowed out the door! OK, seriously a great deal. We did get 5 and took 3 for takeout. They'll ask if you want them uncooked to take home. What a great find. Born in Chicago, I've been to the original and the chain mimics the original. Alas, we live quite a distance from any Uno's now so this was quite a treat.
Almost the classic Uno taste. Not sure if this is new, but they put a rack under the pizza in the pan, so the oil drips off below, which is a little disturbing (seeing how much oil is there ;) and may affect the texture of the ultimate product. Overall, still brings back the memories of Chicago. Enjoyable, just not sure if it's "the original." Then again, it's been years since we were in Chicago, so it could be just me.
Great reminder of Chicago Deep Dish pizza! Order their Pepperoni and order ahead, even if dining in as it can take 45 minutes depending on the size! Cold leftovers the next day were the bomb! My mouth is watering just remembering... Buttery crust too! Soooo good!
Went in tonight and our food was amazing. The best part of our experience though was our server Amber. She did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of and getting 5 star service. She definitely made us feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be back again soon and will now regularly request Amber everytime. Thank you for your wonderful service!
The place was clean and empty. We order our food and drinks. The server was not that friendly. After eating she brought our ticket with 15% included. She mentioned it was included. We said it shouldn't be like that tip is optional and generally why customer have to paid if the service it was not the best. She said they have a signed at the entrance which we miss. She also said the tip is because is to take care of the employees. Why customers need to take care of the employee. Employer should take care of the employees. Definitely we will not go back, we don't mine to tip employees but customer doesn't have to take care of employees. That's why the restaurant was empty.
Uno's falsely advertise their Veterans Day free meal offer. Any print, email, or text for the Veterans Day offer does not state that you require to do a "dine-in". So for a Veteran as myself that do not participate in dine-in due to the Pandemic and the spread of Covid-19 I was meet with resistance and attitude from people who don't care even after the fact I spent a great deal of money on Pizzas for my family.That's cool though, no more dinners from here anymore. We GOOD!!?
