This place Sucks...food and customer service... Crews specially the old lady on the register that takes order, is very very RUDE. As a customer, its my right to ask my order after awhile of waiting... and the lady told me that "Next Time DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU CANNOT WAIT" - i was already waiting for 30 mins which is way long enough to what she said it will be done in 15mins. Food is not good. totally not a money's worth. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
I got the shrimp teriyaki which was very salty and the vegetarian rolls upset that they charge you 50 Cent for the chopsticks very poor customer services

This place is not worth the money . We ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks paid $30 they charge u for everything extra napkis refills asked for a little extra juice on the food 2 dollars. We get our food and u literally had 8 tiny pieces of teriyaki chicken. The soda was watered down and the tea tasked like bad tea bags. They were rude and rush you when you order. I dont do reviews alot unless needed. And I felt it was needed.

I typically love Japanese food. But this is not good at all. I Doordash it, I wish I would have known this was in the outlet before I ordered it. No food in that outlet is good. And definitely overpriced for a mall food
