Literally out of all the other Tropical Smoothies located in VA this is one of the best ones i have been to. Food is always fresh, they don’t act stingy with making anything, and the drinks are made well. Customer service is good also. Thank you. ?
30 minutes wait because they fulfill online orders 1st . WOW . They couldn’t have ANYONE fulfilling in store customers and others focused on the online orders ? Instead make everyone that comes in wait !? This location just lost a customer
Terrible management there was a homeless begger outside there place on there property and management refused to do anything about it. It's unsafe . If a begger pulls out a gun or something there the manager won't do anything for anyone. Never coming back. #spreadtheword
i’ve never had a bad experience with tropical smoothie before until now, the employees were slightly racist since i wanted a particular smoothies without a certain fruit due to health reasons and they were very rude when they said no, but when another customer of the same race as the employees, they happily changed and customized the order for them since there was a shortage of an item.
I am an Uber eats/grub hub driver. I sat waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken wrap, all while I could SEE and HEAR the staff fighting and cursing over who threw away another ones food and making their own meals. All while the young lady on staff walked around the kitchen eating her meal AND PREPPING FOOD AT THE SAME TIME!! This is my job and when I am stuck waiting for no reason, in effects my pockets. Customers are first.
They're missing a lot of ingredients, there is no professionalism between co-workers, the employees don't listen, and the food is poorly cooked. Overall a terrible experience.
Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience with this location. The wait time is always incredibly bad. Today I ordered through the app: mango magic with pea protein and the southwest omelet wrap. Besides the wait which I almost expected because of my previous visits, the wrap was just wrong. I get this wrap at many other locations in the area with no problem. Spinach, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, eggs and chipotle sauce. What I received was chicken, cheese and what looks like kale. The disappointment when I got home was honestly ridiculous. With the wait time, the orders should be without flaw. The smoothie was good if that’s worth anything. This evening I called to see what they would do to rectify the situation. Her excuse: “our cook isn’t really that attentive.” The young lady said the manager would call me in a week or so to issue a refund? A week or so? She didn’t even know my name so I made sure to give her that. I’ll be going in store to receive the refund. The manager can’t even tend to the rough customers? This location needs a major revamp, pep talk or something.
Found 2 hairs in my wrapper and on a piece of lettuce while eating my order !

We ordered two Caprese sandwiches and both came with bread that was toasted in a toaster and the worst tomatoes we’ve ever seen. The balsamic was put directly on the toast and made it extremely soggy. (This should’ve been a pressed sandwich) My apple kale slaw looked old and withered. We have the worst experience every time we order lunch here (which is once in a blue moon) but we always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Smoothies are always good though.
