I pretty much visit this location about 4 times a week and get the same thing lol. But major shout out to the owner of this location he has giving top notch customer service every visit. I will only patronize his location cause of how I’m treated every visit!!!

Smoothie was good but the kid butchered my quesidilla. Poorly made and cooked.
My experience at this tropical smoothie location was made special by one employee in particular. Nishauv P. Who was working the front counter was very personable and friendly. He helped me after I dropped my smoothie shortly after receiving it. He is a model employee and due to his great attitude and customer service I will be returning in the future
I liked these smoothies a lot, especially, the mango smoothie is ultimate. We could sense the freshness of the fruits. Kids will love this a lot. My son always hates fruits but after tasting hear he became a fan of smoothies. Thanks for that. The sandwich is super good too.
I got a buffalo chicken wrap and it was soaked with sauce, the lettuce was soggy and old. There was barely any chicken as well. I specifically asked for a ripe banana because every time I get one I can't eat it with me food. They still gave me one that was not ripe at all. I don't like complaining but I expect a lot more and better quality especially for the price I pay at Tropical Smoothie.
Not bad. My wrap was served cold and the cheese was hard. Never really had any issues at this location. Other than the employee giving my order to the wrong customer and I waited 1 hour. Overall, clean and friendly
How did you get an order wrong being you were waiting on one person? The new young lady needs to be retrained.
