Cool atmosphere but definitely not worth the $I waited 12 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese as the only customer. Had to correct my order 3 times and it still wasn't made correctly. I just don't have the time to watch someone attempt to correctly make a cold brew coffee stored in a plastic gallon milk jug with just caramel syrup.If you're the type of person who drives 25mph in the fast lane yelling speed & power this is your kinda place. If you actually value your time avoid this spot.Update: owner posted some copy pasta malarkey about showing up when busy which is comical and more the reason why I won't go back there again.
Lattes are supposed to be mostly milk. This place did not get that memo. We could hardly drink our lattes. Also the lids barely went on the cup and if you need to take them off expect to have a coffee mess.
VERY high quality to both their coffee and food. The hours at this location are a bit limited, but once you enter, a mellow ambiance sets in and you will want to stay for hours.
The food is good the drinks are ridiculpusly hot, but also good. Great place to go if you're health focused, but is limited to breakfast/brunch foods. Would be nice if they extended their hours, which are fairly limited, but the staff is attentive and friendly so it works out pretty well.
I am an employee of the building that the cold pressed is located and one day while I was eating my lunch as I always do the owner kicked me out because the food wasn’t purchased at his establishment. I’ve never experienced this type of treatment at ANY cafe ever Panera, Starbucks, etc. Despite the rude customer service the food is also overpriced and for some reason staff can never get my colleague’s orders correct. For the price, I’d say that’s not cool. Terrible cooks and even worse ownership. Wouldn’t recommend :)
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I am a very loyal customer with TCCP and today I had the WORST experience ever at the downtown location. I’ve had to turn around empty handed SEVERAL times now at this particular downtown location because when I arrive the store is not open at 8:30am as it is posted. A couple days ago when I arrived luckily the barista saw me and came to open the door while the other young lady who I’m assuming is the chef just sat there at one of the tables. Today when I arrived it was about 9:15am and all the doors were locked but I saw a kid and a couple other people inside so I became confused as to why the doors were locked. When the gentleman finally came to the door he explained that they were not open yet. I then asked if the store was shutting down or something due to the horrible experiences I’ve been having. He got rude with me and kept telling me the store opens at 8:30am although at this point it was 9:20am when I pointed to the time on my phone. He was very rude about the entire situation and basically brushed off everything I was saying to him. I understand staff shortages but that does not prompt attitudes and rude behavior. Also if you’re operating outside of normal business hours the logical thing to do would be to post a sign on the door.
Roastery right in downtown! They roast right in front of the customers and have an artisan coffee bar coming soon along with a coffee market! Go in and talk to the Roasters and you will learn a lot about coffee! They also serve drinks and blends at this location that they do not have at the other ones! Very unique for a coffee shop in this area!
You will NOT be disappointed! The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. I went in for a cup of coffee and the roasters there taught me such about everything that went in to making the cup of coffee I drank. I love coming in each time and trying new things :)
Wow! The inside of this place is DOPE, and not to mention how great their coffee and sandwiches are. I love trying new places and this is definitely a great find!
