Oh. My. Goodness. I loved their brunch - fiancé got the City Slicker and I got the Verde Chicken grits. Both of our meals were tasty and definitely filling. I took home a second meal essentially! Also the mimosa pitcher was perfect for us and our friends to share. The staff is super friendly and I wish I got the waitresses name to give her credit. Anyway we will be back! Thank you!!
We went for dinner and loved it! I ordered the Veggie melt and really enjoyed it - it was delicious and filling without being too large. There are good vegetarian options here. Prices are very reasonable! They also have a great selection of fun and unique alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We didn't have a waiter but rather ordered our food at the bar and they brought it out to us. The patio area outdoors is lovely- clean and filled with flowers. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I definitely want to come back for brunch.
Loved the food! Not a lot of indoor seating and not a good selection for kiddos but overall awesome. Highly recommend!
This establishment is aesthetically pleasing. Really cute. The mimosa pitcher was mediocre and my party waited 25 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order after we were seated. My friend ordered the French toast with ice cream on top and said it was amazing. Most likely won’t be back, but we enjoyed the small intimate space.
Didn't have toast. Went here on a buissness lunch and didn't have toast. Lost investment I needed therefore I am homeless.
This place is exactly where you should go if you're in Norfolk. It's small enough to have that intimate feel, but has room for groups to sit at a table. The food is beyond delicious and they have pretty much whatever drink you'd like.
We came for Sunday brunch after finding this place on Google. It was absolutely fantastic! Fresh new ideas for food and drinks and reasonably priced. The portions were huge and three food was delectable! We will be returning!

Toast is a cute little brunch spot on the outskirts of downtown Norfolk. They have minimal space to sit indoors. 4 tables and a bar. They have also created several spaces outside for sitting, including an old shipping container.I did not order their grits but they came in a huge bowl and the fried potatoes also looked good. The Sangria slushy was stronger than I expected. I recommend the salmon plate for a light and fresh meal.
What a gem right here in Norfolk! Funky place that is totally casual, fun and eclectic, but the food is the star of the show. Anything on the menu rocks. Carnitas bowl, anything with pulled pork-- great! We had spicy bloody Marys with brunch that were great and had all the garnish veggies you could want. Order outside through a window, but you can eat outside on tables or take it in for table and booth dining. Reminds me of Austin, Tx, with the vibe and quality of the food. Close to several craft breweries in Norfolk's railroad section. Highly recommended!
