Waitress Pam was extremely rude. Messed up our orders and told us we had to pay for them to fix it.
We came here for a friends birthday. Water was only checked on once during our 2.5 hour visit and mine was not refilled. We have been waiting 30 minutes for our check. The waitress was not friendly or hospitable. The shrimp was good but the crab was over cooked. Save your money and go to Hook N Reel or another local seafood restaurant.
The food was okay, nothing spectacular. The crab legs were over cooked. The service was abysmal. Our waitress visited the table maybe three times at most during our entire meal. No glasses from my parties drinks were cleared, leaving an overflow of empty beverages. The restaurant provided paper plates and plastic utensils for a 40 USD meal. Highly recommended to avoid and go to a different venue.
The service was absolutely horrible. We had a party of 12 people which meant we were charged a mandatory 18% gratuity, yet we barely even saw the waitress at all. Don't charge me a freaking gratuity when you can't even wait on the table! Didn't keep drinks filled and couldn't even clean the table off. The food was mediocre, and was very overcooked. And for the prices they charge, they need to be using REAL plates, and silverware and cups. Absolutely horrible experience. Won't be back here again.

Ordered on doordash cuz I got covid actually came w the twisted crab plastic apron/bib and plastic gloves and a lil towelette packet I got the 1/2 lb snow crab legs 1/2 lb shrimp and 1/2 lb sausage w corn potatoes and 2 eggs w creole seasoning no spicy and GURLLLLLLL IT WAS PHENOMENAL the quality was great especially for the price like I said I got the rona and I can still taste some things and I’m thinking if I keep tasting and smelling strong stuff my smell and taste will come back and I think it’s kinda working BUT I TASTED THIS LIKE A MF? the creole seasoning was not spicy just like I asked but It did have like a warm flavor it was so good yall 10/10 will eat again
This by far the best Twisted crab so far I've been to. The service was excellent and the food was great. I took my 5, 6 and 7 yr old on Christmas evening. I was surprised they were open and I appreciate that they were. We had a great experience. Thanks so much!
My family and I were so excited to enjoy a meal and watch out first Admiral’s game since Covid. We saw this place and decided to try a new spot. To say we were disappointed is a strong understatement! The soft shell crab was heavily breaded and fried in super old oil, which completely l transformed the taste into the hap hazard left overs from Applebee’s. The crab was clearly frozen and soooooooo watered down it took on a sponge/ white ambiguous consistency of grits that had been sitting out for days in the sun. Overall, avoid this place if you are looking for quality seafood. Period .
