Set in a strip mall, it is unassuming from the outside, BUT, when you go in, it's totally different. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with comfortable seating. I ordered the cowboy omelet, which has about 4 to 6 ounces of steak inside, as well as mild green chilies and it comes with a side choice, so I got fresh fruit. It was very filling, fairly priced, and well worth the visit!
Hot mess this today. Waited 30 minutes for a table, then to wait over 40 mins for food- full orders not delivered. Small, expensive portions. Burnt bacon. Etc. Owner/ host being visibly rude to patrons of color attempting to order drinks, eyes rolling, huffing and shaking head. This place is only 14 tables, 3 servers and a bartender. What’s the issue? I get pandemic, I get lack of help, and higher prices. But this is ridiculous. Positive- the fresh squeezed orange juice was beautiful.
Me and my family went to this restaurant on today and let me tell you, I have found my go-to spot!! The food was excellent! We had a great server who was attentive and kind. My only regret was not taking a picture of my food. I had the Deep fried French toast with scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese and bacon. Will definitely be coming back when I visit Norfolk again :)
Mediocre at best eggs were scrambled and under cooked pancakes were decent thoThe sausage was okay my biggest peeve was the time it took for my food to get to the table better response times at ihop especially with 8 tables in here already with food ?
Place was very nice and staff are nice and attentive. The coffee was hot and delicious!Food sadly tasted a bit over cooked.
It was an ok breakfast with good service.There was just nothing that made a last impression here.
We spent $62.00 dollars at this place and I ordered a egg and bacon combination with pancakes and grits. I was rung up for everything separately and the bacon was left off. It was a two go order for my mom . We didn't check the receipt and gave our waiter a 10 dollar tip. When we got home and saw no bacon ,I call the restaurant and they said to come up there and the bacon would be ready. Instead the bacon was not ready and I had to pay $5 dollars for 3 pieces of bacon. Besides that service was good, however that part made me decide to never got back and I could also hear I guess who is the Manger talking mess. My waiter besides the ring up problem was amazing. My mom was so mad when I said the bacon was $5 dollars for 3 pieces.

Super great I loved the food I had only one issue. Figuring out what I want on the items because everything looked sooooo damn good!!!!!
