Oh my god, you will not believe this, trust me this is one the best place in Norfolk. Very present and cool. Best place for photo shoot and hang out. The only problem is once the covid started the restaurant is not open. I wish it would open as soon as possible. Once anyone notice it open please update in the reply to this. Especially, this is best place at sunset.
It's a small area but it stunning to look at all the fountains, plant life, and the pagoda. When I visited they were performing renovations to the interior so I couldn't go inside none the less I really enjoyed it.

Beautiful small park overlooking the water. I think the pagoda is a restaurant but it was closed when I came. Beautiful area and so peaceful to walk around and immerse yourself. I can imagine coming back here with a book- I just wish there was a nearby bathroom on site. I love the fountains and the smell of the plants.
