If you like greasy food this is the place for you. Greasy grilled cheese sandwiches and greasy fries and not much else. For two people order one sandwich and one order of fries. This will be more than enough for two people. The root beer is good but it is just root beer. Not our kind of place.
This is a busy place at lunchtime, but was probably the best grilled cheese and fries I have ever had! Try the El Cubano grilled cheese - it does NOT disappoint! The place was packed so it was hard to get seating and the servers were really busy, but the food made up for it. It is expensive for a grilled cheese but it is what is on that grilled cheese, you are paying for. I absolutely love the decor in this place. It gave me all kinds of ideas if I ever open up my own restaurant.
best Cubano I have ever had and I've had authentic Cubanos before!!! great service and chill atmosphere! will be a returning customer for years to come!!
Had about a 20-25 minute wait. Small dining room but there is patio dining. Well lit. Music was loud seeing that the place was already small. Definitely no distance between others during Covid. Food was good, very flavorful and savory. I had the Don Quixote. It was good but I think the olives were a bit overpowering. I tasted olives for hours after eating. My son had the El Ranchero which he absolutely loved. He said it was the best grilled cheese that he’s ever had in his life. The portions are large and worth the money. Overall I’d say 3.5 out of 5. I may go back again if I was in that area.
One day, I'll try a new sandwich but how can I when the meathead is so perfect? Turkey, bacon, fries, Avocado and cheeses. It's easy to eat it all at once because it's that good.
My friend and I were seated promptly! Our sandwiches were DELICIOUS!!! We got a pitcher of sangria and I was blown away with how good it was. Service was *chefs kiss*. Daniel was our server and he was very knowledgeable of the menu offerings. The entire staff today was kind and courteous. Keep it up!!
Great food and service. Soup, sandwiches, and fries were outstanding.
A small bistro type of place. Very friendly and attentive staff. The sea salt and ketchup fries were some of the best I've had at any restaurant... served hot and fresh. The tomato soup was tasty and not overly acidic. I got the Johnny Appleseed with ham added to the cheddar and bacon with the sliced apples on the side. It was AMAZING. Perfectly toasted bread, just a great sandwich. No refills on soft drinks as you get a can and a glass.
Amazing service and staff was very friendly. Interior decor looked great and was warm and welcoming on a cold damp day. Staff was very fast and efficient with everything during my visit. Good was incredible and suggestions from staff/waiter was great
I love this place. It's very intimate setting (small) but the food is delicious. You do have to be there at the right time because it does get very busy. The pics is the hangover and the El ranchero.
