Locally brew beers. Farm to table food.

The norfolk location has not once answered the phone in the three different times I've tried to call a pick up order in. In fact they will legit pick it up just to hang up. Went in there after not getting anyone the second attempt. It was dead as a door nail, no excuse not to answer. I'm done trying to order food from this place. The one time I actually did speak to someone on the phone it was when I had ordered through a delivery app and the manager sounded curt and annoyed just to tell me they were out of what i had ordered.

My husband and I came in ready to day drink our sorrows away but they were out of a lot of beers. Then they were out of some liquor too.We were admittedly frustrated but Tai behind the bar whipped some things up and after I apologized profusely for being a Karen we ended up staying for a few hours. She was truly a sweetheart and made sure we tried some food too.Great burgers and customer service but baffling lack of alcohol. Hope to see more beers next time!

Decent location with good service, however whenever I go they seem to be out of half of their beer. For a "Tap House" style bar, it has a pretty awful selection. When I last visited they had such few beers on tap, I decided to get a mixed drink... Which I had to settle for a gin drink as they were out of all vodka and rum/whiskey.In general I have seen better beer selection almost anywhere, with better local breweries on tap. Not sure if it is worth revisiting again in the future.Food is alright, but more expensive than it is worth, there are better food options on the same street at better prices.

High price, low-quality food. No more dailylunch specials that are worth your time. What used to be $10 plus tip is now $20 plus tip for lunch. The food that was served was pitiful. Food quality/quantity was a stretch at $10 (but also included a drink), and is now completely laughable at the current prices. If you want good food for a great price, this definitely is not the place to go to.

I've been here a few times and, overall, it's a good place for drinks, food, and to hear local musicians. The black and bleu burger is absolutely delicious, though it is small for my liking considering the price. Their onion rings and fries are also pretty top notch and have a nice crispy exterior. Their beers are pretty good, though I wish their selection had been larger when I was there, as there wasn't very much to choose from at all. I really enjoy Tap It's open mic nights, because it's a great opportunity for local musicians to perform and there have been a few times where I've been blown away by the talent of those folks. My experiences at Tap It have been pretty good, overall, even though my wallet may not agree, and I'll likely be back in weekends to come^^

My wife and I are trying local drinking holes in Norfolk and stopped by Tap It Local and they have a nice selection of locals beers on tap and in cans. I would definitely stop in for a beer on future visits to the area!

We found Tap It by mistake but it was the highlight of our weekend! The bartender Jonesy was the best bartender we have come across in a long time and the beer was awesome!!

Both my friend and I got sick after we went here. There was a cockroach just chilling on the bar, the bathrooms were disgusting and the food wasn't that great. There are better, cleaner places to go downtown.

this place was not clean. the bathrooms looked sigusting and there was a coachroch (an actual coachroach, not the water bugs) chilling on the bar. I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place.
