Bison steaks ! I bought 2 rib eyes and will have them next week. Stayed tuned.Followed a recipe online, rare, pan fried w butter. I added a little onion, garlic and rosemary. Salted lightly w pepper. Let them sit on a rack under a paper towel for 48 hours to dry a little before I put it in the hot pan.Tasted good. I've had Bison before years ago. This had a good, slightly beef taste. Only distraction was the tendon or hard muscle running through it. Have to inspect it better before I select it from the freezer.
Love this place and all it has to offer. Helped me to get a lot closer to my zero waste goal, but mainly for my candle addiction; lots of support for using my own cotton bags. However, not all the shops there are green conscious, so be ware. Offers fresh vegetables, bread and eggs (probably my favorite food item there). There is also a stand there that will sharpen all your knives for you. Plus, there are always food trucks there if you want to eat something. I only wished it was open longer throughout the year.

We have been going for over a year at the other location first...now this one. I love it here. so much more convenient! Such a great group of vendors.
Love the spot and everyone is so friendly! My iced latte from Aroma was excellent as well.
Fresh meats and vegetables.A little pricey but organic and fresh.
Other than the heat, the farm market was great. Good selection of products. Nice setting. We'll be back!
